@mudchair16 Hate to tell you, but just because people say that the ME 262 was a good plane doesn't mean that they are neo-Nazis you fucking buck-toothed, club-footed, inbreeding red neck. It was a good plane at the time. Jet technology was new in the 1940s. Germans had good technology but they had mental case for a leader.
If they had these in any numbers and were used as bomber interceptors. The allied bombing campaign is lost and WW2 might have been a different ball of wax.
yeah, but it was very vulnerable at touchdown. Allied Fighters attack them most in this Time of the 262 Ops, because the Engines of it stalled, if you´re pushing the throttle to hard for gaining speed. They had special escort at the airstrips (BF 109 or FW 190) to protect the 262´s at Landing.
Invincible..LOL!!! Me262 wasn't as great as many neo-nazis might tell you they were. Sure they were quick...but on take off and landing they were sitting ducks without adequate protection (which was limited). The jumo jets were also primitive and prone to mechanical problems. All in all the same amount of me262s were lost as the number of allied planes that were victims of this 'wonder weapon'.
That's because the germans produced it in very few numbers. Anyway, Americans and English won the war by constantly sabotaging the Germans, ruining many of their armament factories.

Wikipedia seems to speak differently...~500 Allied aircraft to 100 ME 262s.

@4dragonfire313
I agree. JG7 alone counted for 500 kills with the 262.
