  • Celebrities aren't people, they're product.

  • KMFDM is awesome! I had almost all of their albums when I had Rhapshody (however you spell it). I still have most of their albums though.

  • @grassvalleycrackhead it's "sex drugs god cash america"

  • BEST BAND EVER!!!!!!!!

  • Fact of the matter is...everyone wants to blame someone when something bad happens. Just don't blame the parents, it's alot easier to blame music and video games. Why should we expect the parents to get involved in their kid's lives? lol I can't even dignify this with a defense for KMFDM, or music in general, the fact that people are even talking about it is ridiculous. Parents are responsible for their children, damn sure responsible for their premeditated behaviour.

  • @MrBruce2985 Yeah I've been listening to KMFDM even before I heard about columbine. I think the media is a FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT for blaming Marilyn Manson!!! Those kids didn't even listen to him! The media fuckin made that up. The columbine killers said in their journal that they would come BACK FROM THE DEAD to HAUNT anyone who blamed ANYTHING BUT THEMSELVES! And look at this shit, they blame VIDEO GAMES, MUSIC, MOVIES, MARILYN MANSON?!!!!!?! What the fuck is wrong with this world? RIP Reb & V

  • Shut up about that stupid shit. Music doesn't cause murder. People do. UGH. Anyways. Enjoy the political message. It will ring true throughout time.

  • I hate how like 75% of KMFDM songs all the comments are about columbine.

  • @TheNemo71389 mabey the new stuff but the old is best (havent heard the new songs from 2009-2011)

  • Ummm, so if KMFDM's music was responsible for the columbine incident, how come nothing similar happened in their native Germany???

  • @Carolyn669

Because American Children are insane (We get it from our folks :) )

I was one, I should know.

    KMFDM KICKS ASS!

All columbine is relevant to here is to demonstrate that middle school teachers are still terrified of germans.

  • @Carolyn669 Because no one in Germany listens to KMFDM... maybe a few, but they are much more popular in the states. Of course I'm not saying that KMFDM are responsible, that would be madness. To me, it makes a lot more sense that Eric and Dylan turned to this type of music because of their desire to kill, rather than the other way round. However, such logic is preposterous in the sensationalist media that, unfortunately, succeed at brainwashing the majority, that crave for such stupidities.

  • @Carolyn669 KMFDM's music wasn't responsible for that, you can't blame murder on music. But haven't you heard about the Winnenden school shooting, 2009?

  • @Carolyn669 gtfo

  • Wats the chorus to the song?

  • @GRASSvalleycrackHEAD sex,drugs, rock, america i think

  • @shamwowguy23 Sex, drugs, god, cash. Sex, drugs, god. America.

  • @Rizimar why did they have to taint sex with all that dirt

  • @8Zeitgeist They all have power in common.

  • @Rizimar Yeah, that.

  • anybody tell me where i can find kleingeld.. i know im not crazy i used to have it on one of their 80's trax, but it got broke during moving

  • i fucking LOVE this song!!!

  • A friend pointed me to this song, he heard one of my rants about humans vs people and told me to listen.

I've now found a band i love, and i dont say those words lightly when it comes to music. They have something to say if you take your head out of your ass and listen.

  • Eric Harris brought me here

  • This was 1995.

    "Sex, drugs, God, cash,

Sex, drugs, God, ...America." - KMFDM

  • eric harris and dylan klebod rulex

  • Eye'm mad the real video got taken down.

  • London riots? Yup.

  • I found WTF to be a dull album, but this I love !

  • @Youtiubeer- Charles Manson liked the Beach Boys.

  • @Youtibeer- So? Is there a point coming?

  • The columbine kids quoted lyrics from this song. "The only reason you're still alive is because someone has decided to let you live."

  • @Youtiubeer No they didn't. They actually quoted the majority of the tune "D.I.Y.", so stop talking out of your ass... And before you ask, yes, I was there and visited their page before the man shut it down. KMFDM had fuck all to do with those twits, and it's the Columbine kids fault, and their fault alone, for taking shit out of context. It's the fault of the media for being a bunch of saps and grasping at the first available straw so they could generate viewer numbers becacuse they're greedy.

  • @AkumetsuKun very true

  • ..but we're addicted to the things we hate...

  • this is on great band, god I fell in love with them. They are crazzy but they make sense.Love u guys! you guys rock this house ,bring it down! YES BABY! • this is on great band, god I fell in love with them. They are crazzy but they make sense.Love u guys!

  • 16 years and still relevant. Nice.

  • @revam1ssp1ss i think this song is even more relevant now.. -lets stop waiting for someone to save us and save ourselves!

  • @revam1ssp1ss for this song, damn near 28 years of relevancy. 2014 is their 30 year anniversary haha

  • "Let's stop praying for someone to save us and start saving ourselves."

No one can say KMFDM never gave constructive advice :D

  • 4 people wanna get down on Friday

  • @uzernaam Amen brother.

  • This song's words are words to live by. - end of story !

It makes me sad that anybody would compare KMFDM to Lady Gaga? really? Of course they are better lol

  • I CAN SEE FOREVER

    MY MIND

    IS BLOWN.

  • Lady Gaga sucks and KMFDM sucks, but there is a certain type of difference.

  • who reported the video?!!!

  • ohhh fuck yess! this pleases me so much ^_____^

  • Ahhhhhhhh thats the stuff X)

  • KILL 'EM AAAAALLLL!!!!!

  • Nicole Blackman is such an amazing writer.

"Let's stop saying 'don't quote me' because if no one quotes you, you probably haven't said a thing worth saying" has to be my favourite quote of all time. KMFDM did a great collaboration with her.

  • BIEBER FANS GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE

  • @loosifur realy there evin on kmfdms songs realy..... THE FUCK

  • we used to hate people, now we just make fun of them

  • 2 people on here seem to prefer justin bieber.

  • We fear that pop-culture is the only culture we're ever going to have

We want to stop reading magazines

    Stop watching T.V.

    Stop caring about Hollywood

  • @8Zeitgeist the pop culture is so pathetic that they require attention to live;no appreciation,no respect just attention;they ougtha die

this link we accessed and comment on ;here lies pure honest and true industrial music founded in 1984

  • @8Zeitgeist i get to keep liking burritos though right?

  • FUCK YOU CLONE AND FUCK ALAMAK!!!

  • Ahhh KMFDM...Everything you say about the human race and America is true =3 lol The human race is shit.

  • @Artifphlex its a shame that you believe that the will of humankind is so weak that a simple song can make a person so angry at the human race that they will %100 definately go on a killing spree

  • @BenjiCG144 do you really think i was being serious? really? any chance i was being sarcastical?

  • @Artifphlex no neverrrrrr XD

no such thing as sarcasm ;P

  • Holy overloaded sound, Batman.

Try submitting it again, after re-adjusting the sound levels to stop breaking the 0db mark.

  • They nailed it didn't they.Don't lie

  • @utubefreak101 Have your read the Manifesto, I think even he would disagree with you. One of Mr Una's many concerns with society was the fact that other people will always impact your existence. He rambled about 2 pages worth how his neighbor mowing his lawn was a massive disruption....

  • cool and interesting

  • Why the fuck is lady gaga even brought up in this video?

  • If you all like Nicole, look up Recoil's first album (there are a few tracks with NB on it, then entire thing is perfect though). Also check out Golden Palomino's "Dead Inside". It is all poetry featured in NB's 'Blood Sugar' collection. <3 She's one of my favorite writers.

  • fuckin right lady gaga doesnt even compare to kmfdm dude

  • this song used to make me depressed, kuz its true

  • We used to HATE people...now we just make fun of them. It's more effective that way.

  • @ONInonymous That is my favorite line for the hippy new age "turn the other cheek" behavior or "no I don't hate someone I just feel sorry for them" because only 'bad' people hate people, when it's human to hate as mucha s it is to love.

  • sex,drugs,rock

  • Is the woman speaking part of the band? Who is she..?

  • @TheSickHumanBeing The woman is Nicole Blackman, a spoken-word artist and poet. The lyrics come from her piece "Indictment" and the vocals on this song are her only collaboration with KMFDM, as far as I'm aware.

  • @TheSickHumanBeing Pretty sure it's Lucia

  • @Dwaithy No, I looked it up and the previous replier is correct. It is Nicole Blackman.

  • @TheSickHumanBeing ah okay cool, she has an awesome voice

  • Comment removed

  • hahaha

  • havnt we all died a little bit

  • i love this song. Such strong words and the simplicity in the music, they compliment each other so well.

  • This was one of REB and VoDKa's favorite songs

  • lyrics of truth

  • this is a pretty good song.

  • you lot need to stop attention seeking, you are shameful and laughable to everything that Reb and Vodka stood for.

  • All you guys arguing about Columbine and religion should just shut up. You didn't know them personally so you probably don't know for certain what they are thinking. Seeing as how you're still alive I doubt you've seen what happens beyond the grave.

If you have a belief about either topic good for you. I can respect that. The thing is none of that is absolute fact so just let it go and enjoy the music.

  • But some people can relate to Dyland and Eric, sadly.

  • If they think they relate to what they know or at least what they think they know I can respect that. My point is that they should stop acting like immature 13 year olds and just get over it. I guess there's a distinct possibility they are 13. Anyway they should just shut up and enjoy the music.

  • @EmuAddict Yes I can relate very well

  • @ShortGuy1792 lol now they are all argueing about lady gaga and how the sky is their least favorite color blue which it is why cant it been green for fucks! sake green is awesome color i even painted my room green can anyone tell me why it has to be blue?

  • @isaacnelson1234 Why can't it be Orange?

  • @Solidleoncheif you know what it was Orange two days ago in Washington Centralia around 10:30 pm but yeah i wish it was too" for that i salute you

  • @ShortGuy1792 Anybody ignorant enough to say that KMFDM was a causal force behind the Columbine massacre understands the band's message about as well as the shooters themselves did and is clearly "so poor they can't even pay attention". ;3

  • @umnachtet Agreed. Speaking of KMFDM their new album WTF hit stores today. :D

  • I love these lyrics. So much. If REB and VoDKa could still speak to us this day, this is what they would say to the world.

  • @TheNoisePolluter

    First, to you.

Shut up you fuckng religion brainwashed bullshit, go activiate your 3rd eye.

  • They'd probably tell us how awesome hell was.

  • @TheNoisePolluter

Gog? you might wanna reread your own religion before you preach, you really gave me one helluva laugh today.

  • @WeGotThePower5

And to you, if Dylan and Eric were here they would blow your brains out because they would find you pathetic for worshipping something out of yourself. Wake up. I love R&V as much as you, but being a fan lke you are would just disapoint and piss them off. IMHO. Be yourself, like R&V did, I mean love em' and all but this is rediculous. This is what I would say to the world. Not just them.

  • @deathspleasure treu dude...

    Stil...

    R.I.P REB and VoDKa!

  • @WeGotThePower5

    Agreed.

  • You have obviously missed the point of the song, then. The song criticizes the passive attitude that people in our society have where we buy into things and wait for a savior.

We're pathetic and apathetic and we complain about our problems and wait for them to go away.

If you ever want things to change you have to do something about it, not just wish it away.

  • @SZ19891993

You make me sick. You are everything the world should be obliverated for. Wake up, think for yourself. Destroy the system. Anarchy.

  • kmfdm is better than lady gaga

  • @SZ19891993 fuck lady gagoncock.

  • @SZ19891993 Thats like a saying chocolate taste better than mud.

  • @SZ19891993 why is everyone comparing good music to Lady Gaga? as if she's the only one person in the history of music to be the ONLY GREATEST ARTIST... ugh! AMERICAN SOCIETY SUCKS ...

  • @Frottagecub cause i cant believe people go after jonas, lady gaga, and bieber and leave away a lot of legends in rock/metal music (iron maiden or beatles for example)

fortunatley, not all people act this way,but this,i mean, commercial music, has always worried me a bit lol...if KMFDM was on mtv,now they were famous all over the world, but the problem is that...if you put a band on mtv,90 percent of people will like it just because of the logo mtv...

  • @SZ19891993 No, KMFDM sucks.

  • @Solidleoncheif that was obvious man lol

  • @SZ19891993 *Head Explodes*

  • @SZ19891993 I managed to get an E at GCSE in english and i'm more musically talented then lady gaga

  • Comment removed

  • I love both parts, lyrical and musical as well. The relatively dull verse part makes the chorus guitar incredibly strong.

  • I agree.

  • I agree that the music part of it isn't particularly interesting, but the words are extremely powerful.

  • @Xtremecinephile What are you talking about?! This song is perfect just the way it is.
