all streams are off limits until after memorial weekend. It is a big ticket. Let the trout swim upstream and spawn. If you learn how to fish you can catch them legally later on in the year.
Oh yeah by the way this isn;t in august because i took the vid around the time of the big winter storm wiht 5 feet of snow(for all you people who live in big bear)

This is at the cut off where there is a bridge. you may see a lot of people fishing.
