English is a mix of Latin, French, and German languages. Romans, Normans, Vikings, Saxons, Anglo's are the reason English was created.

@ojideagu Some?There are plenty of Serbian words in English language some by writing only,some by pronunciation. some by writing and pronunciation combine, some by two or more words combined in one word.On mass scale English used to be in touch with Slavic languages for much longer period of time then with Indian languages.English started in 5th century in Northern Germany and English speaking people used to coming a lot to Serbia in order to work in mines especially in 11th century.
