it's maybe not average medium lenght hair but it really isn't what i would call long hair.. long hair is like... pretty much as it naturally grows for people.. but this you can see that it's not that long... i don't know if my point makes sense :D i just think it's medium because you can't to most hairstyles with it that are meant for long hair.

@Ladylyla i agree!! my hair was long....and trust my it was long...i couldn't make a bun, it was so long, it was about halfway down my back, these people can get over it, that hair is medium

For a bun, this is definitely medium hair. If you have shoulder lenght hair, then it should be pretty pretty obvious to you that it is very hard to make a bun out of hair like that. So no hope for you, sorry.

Instead, this is for people who need ideas for making a bun that doesn't require super long hair (like chinese bun or such).

@99Crystals I have shoulder length hair, and there's still hope to make a bun (it's not that hard anyway). But THAT is definitely not medium length. pfft!

That is not easy 2 do, i have tried it and couldn't do it my hands just got really tired at the end of it LOL and i just gave up completely!!!!.

I'm sorry, but "expertvillage", y'all seriously need to step your game up. Maybe some people don't know how to make a bun, but this is supposed to be "EXPERTvillage". EXPERT tips...? Her hair does look medium length, but it sounded like you were trying to make the steps sound like, you know, really professional and things like that. All you were doing was stating the obvious, and it sounded like something anyone would say when teaching how to make a bun, not just an "expert".

I agree with christiner51 that is def. long hair. Medium length hair is shoulder length or a tad longer. But not that long.

@christiner51  No, trust me this is medium length hair. Long hair is bra strap length or longer. Medium length is just below the shoulders to arm pit length. I have medium hair at the moment. Short is shoulder length and above. :)
