    i was thinking if i should take protien shake or creatine or both. thnx

  • both, prolly. Protein definitely because your muscles need it and creatine might boost your metabolism and help you gain muscle. Sound to me that you should be doing something to lose some weight besides lifting, though.

  • ive heard creatine can cause health problems, jus a tip of advice.

    but protein? ABSOLUTELY. jus get a powder mix for shakes. jus watch for "artifical" shit...u dont want that. and all protein mixes WILL have FAT in them, but its extremely nessecary because you use it for energy!

  • cool bootcamp I wish there some like that where i live in the UK, I already do my own outdoor parkour bootcamp 3/4 times a week- wicked stuff
