Roy didn't recruit these guys to drop 15 a game. They're at UNC because both can rebound, pass, and knock down open shots. Carolina's "MO" has always been bring in a couple of studs(Henson, MacDonald) and surround them with smart hustle players(Wear Twins). Plus since they aren't one and done studs he knows they'll be there 4 years. That rarely happens at UNC.
