that's because he traveled...if you can pause it at 6:47 you can clearly see that his left pivot foot is off the floor before the ball even hit the floor, you are suppose to dribble the ball first to get out of pivoting stance....i guess he did it so fast that i actually had to review it hella times

it happens all the time..the dribble should be the same time as the step to the NAKED EYE..it's that fast,and he let go of the ball(dribbled) then moved..i see no travel there.

technically the ball has to be out of your hands before moving your pivot foot, like i said at 6:47, pause there to observe, he only swung the ball to his right for a break through, but never let go of the ball yet he moves his left foot like immediately and then he dribbles

moving before you dribble (travel) is faster because you can never move faster than you can dribble, for instance, racing down full court traveling with someone who dribbles down the court, traveler will be faster
