  • Fantastic!!!!! You are very, very good driver. Loved watching your video, I've added it to my favorites videos. Well done!!!

  • Nice video, brings back some fond memories. It was a shame the Dreamcast version was a rushed port, but it still was a good game with alot of content.

  • my name is Daichi im from japan i like sega rally & sega Games!! evoIV like! thanks!!

  • are you making masturbate when you recording ??

  • @uchujin118go maybe

  • thanks, now i have headache, STOP MOVING THE CAMERA!

  • Nice drivin! Can't believe this game came out 12 years ago. Truly cutting edge graphics that still holds its candle today.

  • 3:57 is possible with the peugeot??! how do you know, you drove it yourself? my record back then was 4:01:20

  • The Dreamcast version could have been better without using the Windows CE to program the game with or at least they should have worked more on the game before the release. Remember it was a launch title. Pretty bad because this one could or should have been much better

  • Sega Rally 2 arcade was so much better than the Dreamcast version.

The PowerVR2C graphics chip in Dreamcast was no match for the two Real3D/Pro-1000 GPUs in the Model 3 board.

  • Well obviously, The Arcade was about 10 times more expensive then a dreamcast. These days Arcades are just made From PC hardware and its easy to make your home PC more powerful.

  • @airraideagle

that Aint no lie... THIS GAME was MY SHIT back then..

  • @airraideagle, tell me all about it. The PC version was also quite terrible.

  • @airraideagle

To be fair to the Dreamcast, I think it could have matched the arcade's visuals if Sega hadn't decided to develop Sega Rally 2 using Windows CE to prove to third parties that it was an easy way to port PC games to the DC.

  • @airraideagle, Man the Dreamcast could easily run this version, the main problem is that Sega not only lazily ported Sega Rally 2, but also used the Windows CE to do so,

That way, it ended up turning into a lazy looking game, even though extreme fun to play,

Man, even the PC version didn't have has good graphics has this, and we know that PC's are always more powerful...

  • @dinizgames You'd have thought Sega would've learned from all the negative feedback surrounding their rush released Saturn version of Daytona not to cut corners, but they still managed to fuck up Sega Rally 2 on the Dreamcast. Nice one Sega!

  • @airraideagle

I dunno about that.. Virtual On: Oratorio Tangram was later ported perfectly to Naomi\Dreamcast and it uses the same Model 3 board as Sega Rally 2 (step 2.0), same with Virtua striker 2 and Fighting vipers 2.

If Sega had done a real effort, not a rushed Windows CE port, the DC version could be perfect or at least very close to the Model 3 arcade version.

  • @cakestalker

Mmmm...Model 3 architetcure most powered than Naomi/DC and this MidreZ 24kHz take a particulatity graphic not like 480p

    Model 3 FTW

  • So much better than the dreamcast version. Model 3 kicked ass.

  • Driftking!

    Hahah.

    2e plek... zuur!

    :-)
