  • humble and true. nice vid.

  • I'm new to working out and idk if what I'm doing will give me results or not but I think it's working. I eat a lot of junk food and microwaveable stuff. I don't gain fat at all I stay my regular weight. If I do like 15 pound weight and 15 reps and 4 sets for bicep curls is that ok? And for pecs I do these different push ups that were in a YouTube video like 15 then a 30 second break then more and so on. Any help would be good.

  • YOUR FUNNY AS FUCK AHAHA

  • Start out modestly before you start going hard. Going hard at it straight off is a disaster.

  • Subbed:) Looks helpful mate!

  • @P3rAsperaAdAstra If u overtrained u will fell after ur workout some headaches, mood swings, nauseous and sometimes vomitting. Sometimes this can also affect ur sleep

  • 3 years eariler I would have told myself to earn a shit ton of money. That way I could spend it on food. I can only train and eat on a budget, which is impossible for a body builder.

  • Good vid

  • I just swallowed a toe nail that was in my coffee and threw up on my computer monitor, it's fucking everywhere. Good video, though.

  • I was 175 and now im 160? How do I get it back up? ;(

  • hey dude im an ectomorph, any good tips for me to gain without burning too much? also, would you mind if i messaged you my workout routine?

  • Most important lesson in working out is form and anyone who rocks and uses their back for momentum should immediately be walked up to and punched in the face.

  • Fuck! I cut my hair yesterday!

  • and btw : how to know when ur overtrained?

  • My train weight keeps increasing, but not sure if waist is getting smaller

  • and sick of this fucking mike changs ads appearing beside every video I watch, fuckk you mike chang im watching omar atm

  • bro just fucking eat... ;)

  • why did you eat 5000 calories :O

  • damn dude you were tubby

  • hey Omar was just wondering been working out for about 2 months and my weight has gone up but my waist has gone down. I'm not really sure what this means

  • @My666metal Means you are doing it right, seriously

  • thnx bro

  • I was 200 pounds now after working out I am 235 pounds just in 9 months

  • hahahahahah the first picture is hilarious

  • Thanks

  • Thanks for the info

  • Wow...man you give so much good advice. thanks for all the info

  • Yeh eat lean and dont lift more than your capacity and be a hero.. as you said the other ones that are big are on steroids.. and really dont go there.. its not worth it.. eat to your work load.. Very good advice.. and dont worry about what everyone else is doing.. concentrate on technique..

  • FU*K YOUR RIGHT DONT FOLLOW STUPID FU*KIN IDIOTS IN THE GYM ..

  • thank you -you are very intelligent i agree with your tips- i'm a short 21 year old girl and just started to get a little more muscle and now I know what to do- for about a week now I have been looking for tips like these and found nothing but showoffs on steroids haha thank you very much for your vids- keep posting more they really help

  • @blueeyedlatina I aim to please ;)

  • @OmarIsuf Awesome video. I learned something.

  • don't follow fitness models aswell, they are all on roids.

  • Personally I think you could lose some more fat, but we don't all need sixpack abs right? I like you as a person and instructor!

I made a lot of beginners mistakes too, but that's not a problem as long as you will find out in time. I didn't listen to idiots who didn't know what they were talking about though, but I lifted to much, didn't take enough rest, worked out to often and didn't eat enough. This is a good video for people to make sure they don't make the mistakes we made!

  • I'm honestly curious which picture at 0:12 is the good one and which is the bad. No intent to insult, just mislead

  • all completely true

  • Very nice o also made some mistakes like over training. But now I know my body n how much it can take:)

  • so youre saying that if i do weights im comftable with, i'll gain more muscle than doing weights that push me to my limit? please reply someone:)

  • @SKILLErElvurn Of course you should push your limit in a way, just don't overtrain your muscles or try and stack on more weight than you can handle. That leads to bad form, injuries, and slow progress. Obviously doing a weight you can easily do won't help you much, it is all about finding a middle ground.

  • @scots79 Ohh right, cheers! is 8-12 reps of 2-3 sets the best amount for gaining muscle? if that makes sence

  • @SKILLErElvurn Its a great general rule, but there is a ton to build on from there. For compound movements, I'd say 5-8, for isolation exercises 6-12 is a good rule to follow

  • @OmarIsuf what is isolation exercises? i'm completely new to body building friend and im mainly looking towards my arms, should i do weights that push me to my limit or weights im comftable with? and how many reps and sets should i do at my age? im 15 and im a ectomorph friend, greatly appreciated

  • @SKILLErElvurn Isolation exercises are lifts that only work a specific muscle or muscle group, and you only use one joint. An example being bicep curls. Compound lifts work many muscles and you use multiple joints, like doing a power clean. And what I try to do is get a weight that will be hard on the last rep of your last set. So although it may be easy the first set, by the end of the third set it should be really hard to get the last rep.

  • @scots79 okay cheers man, so i would do a comftable weight say 10kg and do 2 sets of 8-12 and then for the last set i would do probebly around 12.5 kg and 8-12 reps?

  • Bro your info is really making me inspire !!! thanks !!

  • I just wonder... How did Conan in the first movie get huge by spinning that damn wheel? How was his nutrition? You think he had 6 meals a day, all rich in protein? He was a slave FFS... they were feeding him just enough to survive DAMNIT! Well, maybe he was eating rats while he was in his cell at night xD

  • I recently did my own program and lost fat and gained some muscle. You give some pretty good advice, do you have any videos that give your part on Alcohol/Partying and bodybuilding or working out? I know its counter productive but you'd be surprised at the amount of people I talk to on a daily basis that eat right and complain about not seeing results and when I ask them what they do on the weekends they all binge drink. I find it amusing lol .

  • @dmrios62788 You ALMOST read my mind. I filmed a video on this with my bud Stephen two weeks ago and just posted it on my channel

  • very true! great video!!

  • I eat around 4000 calories at 5'3 (started early) at 15. I dont seem to gain fats at all (same waist and actually better lean abs), gained 4 kilos of muscle not height or anything. I think it's ok, i do cardio with road bike so that's probably. supplements, i used wpi, wpc & hydrowhey mix.

  • dont use any supplents at first because you wont see what its doing for you (if anything) because when you first start off your ganna be seeing gains already ndyour ganna think its some supplement and continue to waste your money..when it could be better spent on something i know works for 100%.......FOOD

  • i'll never cut my hair short!

  • Eat health and while you’re working out make sure you don’t fall into the trap of trying to show off in front of others. Doing too much weight plus with a sloppy technique not only make you look stupid, but can get you hurt.

Start off slow and build up gradually. When I see people picking up 80lbs weights and doing the wrong form and then asking me why am I only doing 45lbs, I tell them I’m not here to show off, nor can I afford to get hurt.

  • Dont go all out and buy every supplement on the market thinking thats whats gonna get you swole. It's primarily YOUR hard work in the gym. =)

  • honestly, do you not think big huge quads and tiny little calfs looks a little silly?

  • how tall are you?

  • In my opinion, you should do mainly compound exercises, instead of iscolation exercises. i see ppl just starting gym, and all they do is bicep and tricep, i want to say something but i havnt got the right to tell someone what to do, im not a fitness instructor etc

  • Only BIG mistake was eating a lot but so clean I didn't eat enough calories (the opposite of what you did). Result was a loss in strength setting me back about 3 weeks worth of small gains in the gym - I was struggling so much on my usual bench I had to lower it.

All back on track now, way past my old bench :)

  • dude is oatmeal a good meal for breakfast with a banana and a orange for building muscle?

  • i love you!

  • BRO YOU TELLING ME BACON AND JACK DAGNALLS WON'T GIVE ME MUSCLE TISSUE REJUNIVATION!

  • I joined a new gym at my university, and the trainer gave me quite a shitty program :( Warm up on bike 'at quick start' ie no resistance, 25 mins on elliptical 'at quick start', cool down on bike...weight machines at lowest weight! I'm female, 5'5 and 125lbs and already very fit - I really don't think that routine will cut it chef!! x

  • @WikidLovely make ur own which u think best suits u then alter it as u go along

  • What the...wait...lifting way to much isn't that how you get big?

  • @pray4chicken nope, lifting way too much wont necessarily get you big. you can get injured easier and you build strength quicker than muscle. to build muscle the quickest aim for anywhere between 6-11 reps

  • @pray4chicken technically no...

  • This information is too good to be true!!!

  • Dude ur stuff is awesum! Cant get enough

  • Honestly your video has more information than some of these douches here on youtube. im surprised you arent famous yet.

  • DC training for muscle mass?

  • no more intro? nooooo!

  • patience and perseverance will let you exceed past any road blocks and achieve all your goals

  • EpicMealTime..! Sheer genius...!!! Totally hilarious! ^_^

  • show us your aesthetics

  • LOL, I made all the mistakes u made as a beginner also XD

  • Don't be a curl monkey! If all you do is work your biceps then you're going to look really weird. Focus on working your total body. not one specific area. Great video Omar!

  • And remember mass gain or losing fat comes with time STOP FOLLOWING AND LISTENING TO STEROID USERS remember we are natural

  • find a motivation to train and transform your body whether it be fat loss of bulking. because at the end of the day the advice omar gives from this video are useless if you dont follow through with the effort and a purpose #RealTalk

  • I appreciate you making these videos, you've really helped me gain size. But I've got a problem. I have to start training for a running fitness test and I'm more of a gym monkey. Is there anything I can do in the gym (weight bearing) that will help my running and endurance (along with running every other day)? Again, love ur vids bro.

  • Thumbs up if you are in the nation! XD

  • Why should I listen to you if your not buff

  • @MriBackup he is buff... He's CHEF BUFF!

  • : )

  • first
