This also an electrical recording, earkier though, 1926 I think. I judge this by:Bass responce, megaphone used in front of early microphone, clearer range than a 1921 acoustic could have managed. I would not be surprised if it is as late as 1931.
I agree, some companies like Marsh and Paramount had to use horns in front of their mics. Smalle & Marvin cut this for Victor in 1927, so this is probably from then.
