Shes not taking over, she's helping out. Becky & Rhiannon are both hurt so the only other Elle would be Lauren Ashley Zakrin (from the Search for the Next Elle Woods) so Laura is just spliting up the next 6 weeks with her.

i actually accidentally met natalie's dad when i was at work, she grew up in baltimore and i was singing gay or european when he came in.

i have a signed playbill from natalie and laura bell bundy :) and natalie's headshots.

While i don't agree that bailey is horrible, i do agree that the new elle woods should have been chosen in a different way. The people on that reality TV show were just random people. I thought broadway had the best singers and dancers in the world. I'm sure if it weren't for this reality tv show the producer wouldn't have had to debate who to put as the role, somebody who can't sing or somebody who can't dance. Personally, in broadway, i think singing surpasses the importance of dance ability.

she left because while the show was only shown for about a year and a half, she's worked on it for over 2 years. she was there from the begining and it's time for her to move on. plus her voice was in such demand that she was loosing it (not 4 forevr) and needed to have a little R&R. she will be back on Broadway, but she wants to pursue her Country Music career, and she also wants to act on tv, ect. she will come back to Broadway though, she just can't bounce to yet another show.
