@makidonskiSPORT Build coaching inns and universities, they occasionally produce a gentleman or rake, alternativley start the campaign as Great Britain and you get Issac Newton, the best gentleman in the game (he dies in 1724 though) send him to cambridge (a school you already have) and get him to research
