  • Thanks for the demonstration, Amy. I have been using this movement in my routine for a number of years and the effect of the exercise has improved the strength of my posterior chain, which is often overlooked by many. It is a great exercise.

  • she is not personal trainer

  • Legs need to be straight, toes facing the floor. How to work out properly?! get a grip

  • Never did this lift til I started coaching and learned it. The back leg should be straighter and motion is like the ether ducks. It is a great exercise for strengthening hip flexors and posterior chain. Our boys who did this all had dramatic improvements in both squat and deadlift. I am also seeing better squats and deadlifts and front squats too.

  • my trainer from equinox trained me this way.

  • she actually is doing this very wrong, i never do this lift because it is too isolated but the strength and conditioning coach at my school taught me how to do it because he thinks its a good lift. you should use one arm with the DB and keep you leg off the ground completely straight. i dont lift like this guy but he knows his shit.

  • what a nice position LOL

    Thank you Anyway

  • daam shes pretty fit :D this is my first day trying this...
