yea it was bad..no power for 8 days,took me amonth to clean up the branches and downed treets

My Mother was born in Derry in 1908 and my Dad in Keene in 1900.I still have a lot of family up there.

All of you who live in New England (particularly New Hampshire) should be thankful that the recent Halloween Nor'easter was nothing like that godforsaken ice storm.

@TheLastScion1 Yes, but still many of us our still without power (7 days in) with this latest storm. We were without power for 5 days.

I loved it. No power for 12 days, but heres why I liked it; Silence... The icicles, hanging off the trees, glistening with beauty... Amazing experience.
