  • Instead, just aim a hot hairdryer very close to your itch. After a second or two you should say "Ouch!" Guess what... the itch is now gone.

    Doctors will tell you that this heat destroys the enzymyes and histamines that cause itching.

  • Hold on, I'm pretty sure that the heat agrivates my eczema! That might work for a single itch, but I wouldn't recommend it for red rashes or large patches of dry skin...
