For the last clip, I believe it's fake. It's conveniently located at where the opening is where the passengers/riders are before you see a flash and they drop. And, it would make sense to add such an effect since it is a "haunted" hotel. Also, in the original video he says, "There it is! There it is!" Which to me smells fake. It's suspicious how he draws attention to it (bad acting?), or if it's his genuine reaction, he'd seen it before. Holograms tend to run on a loop which would explain why.

At that point the ride is in its drop sequence. It rises quickly, the doors open showing how high up you are, camera snaps a picture as you drop down again. So idk what that may be. But if I was a ghost I'd like to sit there and watch people xD

As far as the ToT anomaly is concerned, I have ridden the ride, but have not encountered, or at least do not remember encountering such an image. I have noticed however, if you pay attention around 4:10 you'll notice that when the elevator doors close, the anomaly closes in on itself, possibly as either a reflection or some other projected image.
1: I could understand old monitors pick up odd things. 2: I agree. Reflection seems to make sense. 3: I don't agree. The reflections look nothing alike. They aren't wearing hats or even similar clothing. 4: Yes. I have personally met a CM that has explained that process. They do it many of the times to to check the wire Tink zips down. 5: That looks a bit too real for a rock. 6: A real ghost. No other plausible explanation.

I think two of these videos are fuckin' viral videos made by disneyland to attract people , I mean , when i see these things the only thing that was in my mind was to go back to The tower of terror, plus , look at the man who's cheking the ride , when he loose his hat, he moves his head like ( I don't fuckin' care ).It's kinda difficult to explain but for me he just look like bad actor , not a simple technician.

Hmm. If you look closely at the last clip, with the figure sitting on the edge of the TOT Park view window, is it just me, or does it look like a figure, leaning over, and then rocking back and forth? I am going to have to say, there is no plausible explanation for that anomaly. It truly looks like a translucent figure sitting there, watching the crowds from up high, enjoying them selves, and the evening. :c Don't know what to say.
So the rocks form the shape of a man because they were seen at the right angle...........hang on.
1- the shape of the man goes over the edge of the rock formation
2- we didn't see the man as the camera swept back down, the person filming didn't change angle, only panned the camera up and then back down. The angle was the same.
The guy in haunted mansion or tower of terror not sure what it is, but the old man is MOVING the ghost is not. How do you explain that if he is moving and the ghost isn't? That's not logical. Especially if it was reflecting his image some how.
My dad works for the disney company. We get in for free all the time. i think he's right about all of them, accept for two. The first one. If you look closely, the man walks across the water. Second, the tower of terror video from outside. I say that's just well edited. They never had holograms on the outside, just the inside of the ride. Well done for debunking the others.
Yea, the tower of terror did add holograms at one point, whether or not they still have them in place, i dont know! but that's what they are! on the ledge and in the 'elevator' with the maintenance man! Last video: I have ridden the ride, there is no hologram there on the outside of the building. There are several inside the ride itself, however "The "holograms" in e.g. The Tower of Terror and some other attractions are not even 3D, although the effect looks VERY convincing. The people you see in ToT are just 2D projections on a transparant sheet/mirror" which is then moved out of the path of your elevator car.
"Discoloration in the rocks" video: pausing at 3:31 reveals that this "discoloration" is the same color throughout, despite spanning what looks to be a shelf or small ledge, it lines up too well for this to be the case. Such a discoloration would shift slightly because of the perspective of the viewer to the angle that the shelf of ledge meets the vertical area. THis is also a very specifically shaped "discoloration".
(3) While he does appear and disappear, it is not consistent with the fluctuations of light from the fireworks. The fireworks die down, and THEN he disappears. 3:00 is the last burst of that particular set of fireworks, 3:03 is when he finally disappears. Quote "he's still there...and you notice as the lights from the fireworks die down, the lights form the show die down, then he slowly fades out" you yourself acknowledge the point im making. Fireworks, then spotlights, THEN him.
As for your comment about him appearing/disappearing with the lights of the fireworks, (1) the light from the fireworks is yellow-white, the ambient light of the castle is purple, and he himself is a very faint blue-oriented white light. (2) his entire body, at least, as we can see the entire back side of his body, is consistently lit up. If it were light from the fireworks, which are in front of and above him, we would at best see only his shoulders or head, or only see a silhouette.

Anyway, I dont really have much of an argument against this one except for the fact that, for someone who's job it apparently is to watch a show for "safety reasons", he sure is in a precarious position, especially when there is an entire (empty) upper level of the castle with windows that he most definitely could have been in for such a purpose.
third video: the first "anomaly" is wearing light clothing, has no mustache, different facial structure, and no hat, glasses, different position of the head. The second "anomaly" is, again, wearing light clothing, and (through multiple viewings) does not appear to have anything in its hands, unlike the man who is holding a clip board with white paper. Being that the paper reflects the light extremely well, it would definately be more visible in a "reflection".
question 2: had it been a reflection of the ride operator, first off, it would have had to line up perfectly with the person off camera's reflection, and second, why arent we seeing it in the first part of the video? the operator didnt move at all. and along with the lack of motion, the "reflection" managed to stay perfectly placed in the seat of the ride until it left the screen. And what is being shot through the frosted glass? you're making no sense.
So...how do you explain the fact that the "employee" just waltzed across the water? even had it been a monitor "burn out" or whatever, something moving out there with the clear bipedal locomotion of an upright human figure wouldnt have been able to walk across the water....explanation?
0:43 in the video the "anomaly" walks through the gate. If it was the monitor burn-in, which you described as anything moving it would give a ghostly effect, then wouldn't the "thing" walking around had to open the gate?
1) camera burn in is something completely different than what you explain here, i repair all electronics daily, believe me i know what im talking about. 2) there are NO holograms on the ride in the last segament. and 3) the coloration of the rocks, as stated before, the "discoloration" extends beyond the rocks, so i think your wrong there aswell. as for these being "real" ghosts, im not sure.. i doubt it, as i wouldnt put it past disney to pull something like that to attract tourists.

The one with the old man in the ride with the ghost girl in back of him is real. He was just testing the ride and writing things down on paper when it appeared. The ghost on the rocks it also real it is not the discoloration of the rocks because if you look closely it extends a bit further than the rocks. The one of the ghost sitting on the ledge is real, if it were a hologram you would see a light from inside the window emitting the image.

Sorry they don't have holograms on the tot I've ridden it more than most and I have never seen a hologram there. What's wrong with admitting there could very well be ghosts?? The burn in theory is wrong burn in is a totally different phenomenon. If the monitors had burn in the landscape would be burned on the screen cause it doesn't change and the person walking would be visible or you would see other objects in the landscape ghosting like the man walking. Also like the person who wrote Disney would fix monitors for security liability

you can debunk the first one at HM, because look at the lightposts, they look kinda see through and the light goes straight up and straight down like the way the "ghost" is shaped. And the posts are black, if someone from another angle is wearing light brown, they are going to look like ghosts.

It is obvious that the "ghost" on the rocks is not a coloration of the rocks but a reflection of a cast member dressed as Belle from Beauty and the Beast. You can clearly see her face, hair, and the colors of her costume. She must have been one of the characters there for the meet & greet.

Rock discoloration doesn't settle it for me. Fact is, when paused, this "Discoloration" also gets picked up in the shadow, not to mention the face it has. Other complaints involve the employee walking on water at the end of the first vid... I'm almost certain that wasn't a glitch considering how many cremated ashes have been dumped on that ride. And the one you said was a hologram doesn't cut it because you even admitted you hadn't ridden the ride before. Everything was fine though.
Regarding the figure on the castle during the fireworks..it looks alot like the pose of Walt in the Mickey and Walt Disney partners statue, look it up it's pretty similar. As for the figure in the last bit of footage, there are holographic projections in the beggining of the ride but once it shoots you up and the doors open to overlook the park, I dont think any projections are up their. The camera takes a picture but that's all.
OK ive been on Tower of Terror at least a couple dozen times and the only holographic ghosts that appear are: 1. at the very beginning, before it starts going up and down. 2. They are standing up. 3. there are four of them in a group (the mother, the father, their daughter, and the hotel employee. and 5. the ghost is outside of the ride, not in it.

I find it strange that if the first one is just a camera malfunction... weird how the figure walks the curvy pathway PERFECTLY as if a person would... the water crossing part was interesting too. okay to make this statement: I've been on Tower Terror 3 times and I even went as an unmystified skeptical CM to clarify **RIDE SPOILERS* there are holograms when you are about to approach the drop, however when the doors open and you see the city the holograms do disappear

some of your "explanations" don't make sense. ie "his camoflague is working really well." if it was an employee wear camoflague he would have blended back into the sky RIGHT as the light from the fireworks went away. he lingered then faded away at least 10 seconds after the lights went away. 2 the moniter burn from looking at the same thing and "anything moving would create a ghostly image"... the cameras are rolling during the day too. the cameras arent looking at the same thing all the time...
if you lookk at the first ghost on tower of terror you can see that that the matinence dude is wearing a hat but the thing behind him isnt. Pausing @ 2:07 will help you see that

several images from the flashing lights reflecting images other things to look at other then technology failure is the apparition seems to have hair on his head. The maintenance man clearly doesn't after misplacing his hat. You diagnose these videos by jumping to any first conclusion, when there is clearly more to look at. Further investigation and first hand experience in locations should be number one priority before conclusions are given.

Your video debunking makes no sense!! For example, most studies show ghost pull energy from the nearest location, so why in the video with the ghost or "employee" walking across the cameras, why are only the lights in the boat only effected by it? I think all of your explanations here are very poor, with no solid evidence, for example.do the multiple reflections of the man sitting alone on the ride even resemble him? The don't look like him very much. The only one credible is the one from the rocks that looked like a man, that one makes sense, but the rest not really. I'm not really one to believe in video, image ghost apparitions cause of the ease of manipulation, but not all must be fake.

1: I could understand old monitors pick up odd things. 2: I agree. Reflection seems to make sense. 3: I don't agree. The reflections look nothing alike. They aren't wearing hats or even similar clothing. 4: Yes. I have personally met a CM that has explained that process. They do it many of the times to to check the wire Tink zips down. 5: That looks a bit too real for a rock. 6: A real ghost. No other plausible explanation.
And if it is a ghost, it's just walt checking up on things. ;)

I thought the castle wasn't to scale...? So the guy on it would look huge. I'd assume he was there to extinguish any fireworks that may have landed on the castle. Remember, it's fake. That's the only explanation I can think of. But the other stuff does look creepy...

Hmm. If you look closely at the last clip, with the figure sitting on the edge of the TOT Park view window, is it just me, or does it look like a figure, leaning over, and then rocking back and forth? I am going to have to say, there is no plausible explanation for that anomaly. It truly looks like a translucent figure sitting there, watching the crowds from up high, enjoying them selves, and the evening. :c Don't know what to say.

Yea, the tower of terror did add holograms at one point, whether or not they still have them in place, i dont know! but that's what they are! on the ledge and in the 'elevator' with the maintenance man! Last video: I have ridden the ride, there is no hologram there on the outside of the building. There are several inside the ride itself, however "The "holograms" in e.g. The Tower of Terror and some other attractions are not even 3D, although the effect looks VERY convincing. The people you see in ToT are just 2D projections on a transparant sheet/mirror" which is then moved out of the path of your elevator car.

"Discoloration in the rocks" video: pausing at 3:31 reveals that this "discoloration" is the same color throughout, despite spanning what looks to be a shelf or small ledge, it lines up too well for this to be the case. Such a discoloration would shift slightly because of the perspective of the viewer to the angle that the shelf of ledge meets the vertical area. THis is also a very specifically shaped "discoloration".

(3) While he does appear and disappear, it is not consistent with the fluctuations of light from the fireworks. The fireworks die down, and THEN he disappears. 3:00 is the last burst of that particular set of fireworks, 3:03 is when he finally disappears. Quote "he's still there...and you notice as the lights from the fireworks die down, the lights form the show die down, then he slowly fades out" you yourself acknowledge the point im making. Fireworks, then spotlights, THEN him.

As for your comment about him appearing/disappearing with the lights of the fireworks, (1) the light from the fireworks is yellow-white, the ambient light of the castle is purple, and he himself is a very faint blue-oriented white light. (2) his entire body, at least, as we can see the entire back side of his body, is consistently lit up. If it were light from the fireworks, which are in front of and above him, we would at best see only his shoulders or head, or only see a silhouette.

third video: the first "anomaly" is wearing light clothing, has no mustache, different facial structure, and no hat, glasses, different position of the head. The second "anomaly" is, again, wearing light clothing, and (through multiple viewings) does not appear to have anything in its hands, unlike the man who is holding a clip board with white paper. Being that the paper reflects the light extremely well, it would definately be more visible in a "reflection".

question 2: had it been a reflection of the ride operator, first off, it would have had to line up perfectly with the person off camera's reflection, and second, why arent we seeing it in the first part of the video? the operator didnt move at all. and along with the lack of motion, the "reflection" managed to stay perfectly placed in the seat of the ride until it left the screen. And what is being shot through the frosted glass? you're making no sense.

1) camera burn in is something completely different than what you explain here, i repair all electronics daily, believe me i know what im talking about. 2) there are NO holograms on the ride in the last segament. and 3) the coloration of the rocks, as stated before, the "discoloration" extends beyond the rocks, so i think your wrong there aswell. as for these being "real" ghosts, im not sure.. i doubt it, as i wouldnt put it past disney to pull something like that to attract tourists.

The one with the old man in the ride with the ghost girl in back of him is real. He was just testing the ride and writing things down on paper when it appeared. The ghost on the rocks it also real it is not the discoloration of the rocks because if you look closely it extends a bit further than the rocks. The one of the ghost sitting on the ledge is real, if it were a hologram you would see a light from inside the window emitting the image.

It is obvious that the "ghost" on the rocks is not a coloration of the rocks but a reflection of a cast member dressed as Belle from Beauty and the Beast. You can clearly see her face, hair, and the colors of her costume. She must have been one of the characters there for the meet & greet.

Rock discoloration doesn't settle it for me. Fact is, when paused, this "Discoloration" also gets picked up in the shadow, not to mention the face it has. Other complaints involve the employee walking on water at the end of the first vid... I'm almost certain that wasn't a glitch considering how many cremated ashes have been dumped on that ride. And the one you said was a hologram doesn't cut it because you even admitted you hadn't ridden the ride before. Everything was fine though.

Regarding the figure on the castle during the fireworks..it looks alot like the pose of Walt in the Mickey and Walt Disney partners statue, look it up it's pretty similar. As for the figure in the last bit of footage, there are holographic projections in the beggining of the ride but once it shoots you up and the doors open to overlook the park, I dont think any projections are up their. The camera takes a picture but that's all.

OK ive been on Tower of Terror at least a couple dozen times and the only holographic ghosts that appear are: 1. at the very beginning, before it starts going up and down. 2. They are standing up. 3. there are four of them in a group (the mother, the father, their daughter, and the hotel employee. and 5. the ghost is outside of the ride, not in it.

I find it strange that if the first one is just a camera malfunction... weird how the figure walks the curvy pathway PERFECTLY as if a person would... the water crossing part was interesting too. The "debunking" you give to this & the rest of the clips really holds no relevance at all, in my honest opinion. I believe people get spooked and attempt to overly "debunk" things a little too much than they should. Some of these rides have histories of fatality on them as well.

okay to make this statement: I've been on Tower Terror 3 times and I even went as an unmystified skeptical CM to clarify **RIDE SPOILERS* there are holograms when you are about to approach the drop, however when the doors open and you see the city the holograms do disappear

another thing. the "anomoly" watching the kids get autograghs. if it was a discoloration of the rock we would have seen it when the camera panned back from the statue to the kids. "its a discoloration. if you view it at the right angle the colors do warp" if he is standing in the same spot, which is evident from the camera movements, if the camera is placed on that same spot again the figure would have shown up again yet it didn't...so... yeah.

some of your "explanations" don't make sense. ie "his camoflague is working really well." if it was an employee wear camoflague he would have blended back into the sky RIGHT as the light from the fireworks went away. he lingered then faded away at least 10 seconds after the lights went away. 2 the moniter burn from looking at the same thing and "anything moving would create a ghostly image"... the cameras are rolling during the day too. the cameras arent looking at the same thing all the time...

The last one is not a hologram. A friend of mine and I worked there and he worked on that ride. Just saying that it's not part of the ride.

Yeah...funny how you cut out the part where it walks through the fence. Hmmmmm. Probably wouldn't help you prove your inaccurate point, that ghosts do not exist. Debunking is just coming up with a possible alternative to what may or may not have happened, it is in no way "proving" that the event did not take place. However...the last clip is definitely a hologram, I've ridden the Tower of Terror and I can attest to that. Someone walking through a closed iron gate though...

several images from the flashing lights reflecting images other things to look at other then technology failure is the apparition seems to have hair on his head. The maintenance man clearly doesn't after misplacing his hat. You diagnose these videos by jumping to any first conclusion, when there is clearly more to look at. Further investigation and first hand experience in locations should be number one priority before conclusions are given.

ride. But with you not ever being on the ride judging this video, doesn't make sense. The video with maintenance man #1 notice the maintenance mans movements during the ride (that you have not been on) and see how he sways side to side but the images that appear do not sway during the ride only seem like that due to the flashing and reflections from the lights, But with reflections (I knew you would point that out) only one image is shown of the apparition and only one maintenance man why not...

Your video debunking makes no sense!! For example, most studies show ghost pull energy from the nearest location, so why in the video with the ghost or "employee" walking across the cameras, why are only the lights in the boat only effected by it? Also if its burned onto the lens from consistent use then why is there not more than one image burned onto the lens? Now i can se the image of the ghost sitting on the edge of the tower of terror could easily be debunked as some type of image in the..

at least 7 people have died at disneyland (most from doing something they should not have been doing exp. taking off seat belts) so the place could very well be haunted.

@sithlordsoto78 Officially,no one has died in Disneyland.To avoid bad publicity they declare all deaths off property.They have their own police,ems and fire.Thus ,no deaths in Disney parks.

I think all of your explanations here are very poor, with no solid evidence, for example.do the multiple reflections of the man sitting alone on the ride even resemble him? The don't look like him very much. The only one credible is the one from the rocks that looked like a man, that one makes sense, but the rest not really. I'm not really one to believe in video, image ghost apparitions cause of the ease of manipulation, but not all must be fake.

One alittle boy who had the cancer and wanted his mom to carry the jar of his ash to the Pirate of the Cabbiean ...pour his ash in the water inside....she did it for him after he died...his spirit appeared riding caught on camera while it was closed!!....You dumb!
