Hopefully they will make a new team for the next generation. They've already used poison for team Rocket and team Galactic. They've already used water and fire (obviously). They should probably use your idea of a grass andflying team, but then again, expanding the atmosphere we breathe and planting more trees which help us survive doesnt seem too evil to me.
