When one goes into any court to defend their sovereignty, they go into the place and a system of rules written by those who would Rule over you, and they will NEVER recognize your God given and moral right to be a sovereign citizen on the planet. Jordan got me started but NY CPL (Criminal Procedure law) somewhere between 100 and 120 states that an appearance ticket DOES NOT give the court proper jurisdiction. When you appear, it is only to resolve A MATTER (not a case or charge, that gives jurisdiction) and is your only obligation. You DO NOT need to re-appear unless you give consent
I should clarify, you should appear within 10 days, ask to speak to the judge under your own vulition and challenge authority/status (respectfully) if at all possible. If no charge is present you have fulfilled the agreement and the matter is resolved through your counter proposal of dismissal. the courts untimely (or lack of) counter proposal is what seals the deal...in theory. Regardless, it is only an offer and never do the charges become contract unless you accept jurisdiction.
