I took screenshots in WMM, made them really short, then put the "Fade Into White" effect in them.

If you have Windows XP then there's a button at the bottom of the preview screen that you click and it takes a picture. On Vista you go to Tools and Take Picture from Preview.

It's best to pause it before you take the picture as well.
