This glitch/trick is awesome! But the bad thing is:

1. You NEED an upgraded ray gun.

2. You won't earn anything from downing yourself

3. You lose a lot of money if you don't have anymore ammo

4. You won't have any perks.

hmmmm. i have an idea if your camping in that spot. Someone Do Jugg + Quik Rev. and have someone with an upgraded ray gun. Use the ray gun untill you have no ammo, then just die and u have ammo again, just keep dieng and keep shooting. not perfect but you could tweak it.

the last person needs all the perks, except for double tap, the most important is quick revive and juggernaut. Hes the one that revives people MAINLY it doesnt matter what gun he has.

The flamethrowerer and reviver should both have all perks. Double tap is useful, since sometimes you do need the extra firepower. Try camping round 39 without double tap. You will fail (it was difficult with it).

Just burst fire, and with the ray gun you can fire single shots at will anyway.

um there is A infinate ammo glitch but it only works with the m1 garand not sure if it works with imploder aswell but when you down yourself with it you get full ammo back but not the grenades only bullets

oh also on a side note we've died twice on round 33. it seems that the zombies take more hits from the ray gun at this point and one guy downed with the ray guy might not be enough to cover. so maybe keep the wonder waffle as a back up. good luck.

we have started to use this tactic awhile back. got the idea when someone on our team got downed and cover fired while downed. although we use the catwalk area to camp, it works better there i believe because the zombies have a narrower space to pass through to get to the people behind the downed person. the only problem with this is when you get pushed back sometimes your ally is in front of you can you can't shoot. got to lvl 33 so far with this as back up when out of ammo.

true, also with the narrowness of the catwalk, if enough people are down they may actually provide a blockade that can slow down the zombie horde giving the survivors enought time to kill some or throw a Monkey

I use this if I didn't upgrade a wall weapon (which also works. In your case the carbine ain't bad upgrated. not as good as a raygun but worth it if you got no ammo)

Well, you wouldn't actually need them. Think of it, what are you going to buy? You don't need perks, cause you'd lose them everytime in last stand. And you don't need guns cause you have the upgraded ray gun. The only time you'd buy a gun is if you were out of ammo, but ammo isn't a problem with this tactic, cause it's the whole point :P

Doesn't offer enough rounds, I don't believe. Default ray gun doesn't even work for this strategy, cause you only get something ~40 rounds I think. The 120 you get for the upgraded ray gun is much better

Np. It was a pretty random thought that occurred to me, cause we were really under pressure, with low/no ammo, and zomies were going to start overflowing through the corridor. So quick thinking came up with idea of just killing myself to help save the team. And surprisingly, it could be used as a full blown tactic haha
