I have the Limiter Release unlocked on a lot of my units.

You mean by maxing out all your stats?

No, not really. You have to upgrade your mecha completely AND max out its experience. Once you've done that you then have to pay 100,000 ACE points to unlock that mecha's Limiter Release (as in infinite ammo). It's the same system as in ACE2.

Sorry to say this but is this really REAL ACE mode? And did you get the secret in that stage? if you clear this stage with 7000+ you might able to get a secret.

Yeah, it's Real Ace mode alright. I just make it look easy. I nabbed the secret with King Gainer though.

The improvement to the transformation system for the Valkyries was a very welcome change. I like being able to change from one mode directly to another at any time, instead of having to cycle like in ACE2

And that was some good dodging there against the Sazabi. I don't think I could have done that weaving between shots, particularly. The entire time I wanted to double tap X to break Char's lock, because I'd been playing Encounters in Space recently.
