You want Milsim? Get a TM-7 or a TM-15 from BT, or a Tiberius Arms T9.1 (fucking amazing. Beautiful, amazinr range...just a great all purpose milsim gun.) or a T4. (orgasmically amazing. Best paintball sniper on the market right now in my opinion.) If you prefer airsoft, thats you. IMO, thats your loss.

@KANSR209 Well to get started off, you should go to google and then click on the map tab. Then search for a paintball field and their website so you can figure out their prices. I would recommend going to the field and renting for your very first time. If you completely love it, then you can go out and buy the equipment. When you rent, they will give you everything you need so just be sure to bring some clothes you don't mind getting destroyed/dirty.

Either way, airsoft was not ment to be like that. Airsoft is a milsim sport, and last time I checked they don't make a RS weapon like that. You can make an Airsoft gun yours as much as you want, just because to can't mix and match different weapons doesn't mean I can't customize my airsoft gun.
I would like to play paintball, I think it looks fun. But in the end, I like strategy+realistic weapons (on a wider scale) over paintball.

That's because we realize that that combo would be ****ing ugly. There are M4 buffer tubes that you can buy for MP5s, and putting a g36 shroud on would require very little custom work.
@ypiratey it was an example. but having an m4 buffer tube for an mp5 is hardly anything. having an m4, with a ump shroud and a g36 stock is really good looking, but you cant do that with airsoft without excessive modding, with paintball u take out 2 push pins

In all honestly it depends what your most of your friends do, like if they all do paintball get a paintball gun and go paintball. If they all do airsoft get an airsoft gun and go airsoft. If you don't do what you're friends are into paintball or airsoft the chances are you will quit very soon. But they are both intense and awesome sports! I like them both!
Guys i just bought a tippman x7 phenom with a cyclone feed system response trigger UMP weapon kit (its a ump barrel stock and body made for the x7 phenom and i have a red dot it boss.
My style of paintball is much much faster than this. when we play we don't even bring extra hoppers. Plus we play with semi autos. Its woodsball on about 3 acres of land. paintball is so much funner and different then airsoft. its a blast. i hate playing with pansys though. you have to be able to trust your teamates. :)

My style of paintball is much much faster than this. when we play we don't even bring extra hoppers. Plus we play with semi autos. Its woodsball on about 3 acres of land. paintball is so much funner and different then airsoft. its a blast. i hate playing with pansys though. you have to be able to trust your teamates. :)

@sherr32 i play real war. try it out sometime. all you need to do is have a semi clean record, clean piss, good physical condition, clean blood, semi intelligent, and know how to follow orders!!!
then you dont have to worry about those pesky guys respawning and getting you.

@sherr32 Its a fun game, but it can get pretty spendy if you really get into it, I also use to play Airsoft until one of my friends got into paintball and introduced me, Personally I like Paintball, Faster Pace, Cant dodge the balls lol, but Airsoft is still fun for backyard play, and Playing Airsoft is a really good starter for paintball, if you ever do get into paintball those airsoft tactics will really come in handy!!!!
