At this point in the game, unless you're not very good at pulling off harmony chains (or one of your party members can't hit enough times in one turn) to keep your echos high, you don't really need it.

Assuming I didn't change items on my way back to the portal:

Salsa: Power Ring, Recovery Gloves

Jazz: Recovery Orb, Solomon's Ring

Allegretto: Peace Earring, Recovery Gloves

You need to obtain the six Soul Shards on the other floors. If not, the boss won't appear.

Oh what, I wasn't even aware of this. I hope I still have a save from before the final boss...

Although my tactic will be to let Viola spam headshot arrows while Chopin and Jazz keep hitting it from close-up. LIKE ALWAYS

You need to go all the way east/west in the Noise Dunes four times to reach the area with this dungeon.

I switched from Viola to Allegretto about 1/4 of the way through this dungeon because of the extra damage that can be done (plus I had no healing worries with my equipment). I gained almost 30 levels at the end of this area, which made the final boss a piece of cake.

Once you enter this dungeon and get party level 6, I highly recommend switching to spamming harmony chains.
