  • Because the move isn't that noticeable I'm surprised u even caught it at all. :) I'd like to see this put together with the rest of footage to show how still the camera was before... and after.

  • Hmmm... well, I've experienced cases where my tripod was fixed tight and it will just move about on its own because it's loose. Many explanations... I hope you did catch paranormal activity in this one :)

  • That's pretty cool. At 1;01 you can clearly hear "We're trying to communicating"

Also, do you ALWAYS have to do this at night? What time? With the lights off? I've always been terrified of the dark because that's when I see spirits the most. And, the comment to zandj710, Lucas with the Scottish accent might be a spirit "bouncer" keeping all the spirits from talking all at once. Or he's a spirit guide for you or your daughter. psychicbutsane website has a lot about that.

  • I live in canada and alot of stuff has been happening in my cousins house and i wondering if anyone knows were I can get a ghost box, my family believes its the presence of my uncle who died in 1999.

If you can help me that would be amazing!

    Thanks

  • @LegendOfAlucard the best place is ebay...search "ghost box evp" on there and plenty will come up

  • @Highspirit75 Thanks

  • wake up.

either someone's holding the camera or it's motion tracking.

    case closed.

  • thanks for getting back ill let you know how i get on bud

  • just want to know were can I GET A GHOST BOX ?

    Also are they exspencive ?

When using the box wht tips can you give me?

    IM Aaron from Ireland

  • @huskywallAz Hi Aaron, if your in Ireland, your best bet is ebay. If you search "ghost box evp" on there, lots will come up. As for using it, never demand too much, keep things relaxed and just talk as if you was talking to a friend sitting in the same room as you. You also seem to get better responses the more sessions you run.

  • the spirit was nice enough to fix the camera for u lol jk

    thats some scary shit

  • Hello Jon, I enjoy listening to your sessions so much now that I have decided to stop speaking to just one, via recorder. I just can not hear the whispers and its very frustrating. I did want to ask you if you have asked already im sorry but I just don't remember hearing it, I feel that the poor spirits, when they ask for help or help for another, they don't realize they have passed. Not believing. in one video, when asking for help. they insisted not for the children, just the one person,

  • @zandj710 Hi, Ive got various answers back, and each voice generally has something different to say. I feel that some are aware of whats happening and some are not...residual and intelligent. Some of what is captured I believe is basically a sort of recording from the past but then some are fully aware and answer questions directly. It can be quite difficult finding what help they need at times as quite often, you dont hear it until playback. I always offer help in every session also.

  • @Highspirit75 my lighter was flicked off my cigarette pack, in front of myself and my daughter around midnight, we just pointed and went on with our conversation. My camera (christmas present) was drained so many times after I realized it was also a video camera. lol They sure are here with us Jon, theres no doubt, without showing evidence, they told me. Surely you must have heard a few if not several of the same voices whom know you pretty well by now. Keep it up, your getting answers

  • @zandj710 Im certainly building up a picture of many of the same names, also recognising individual voices too. Lucas is the most recognisable with his Scottish accent and always seems to be there lately

  • MOTION TRACKING LOL

  • I don't know if someone had already mentioned this, but I have had the same kind of activity occur with my Sony DCR-SR42, and I have found it to be caused by the camera's "anti-shake" mechanism. The activity is the function's way of trying to correct for movement of the camera. When I turned "anti-shake" off and mounted the camera on the tri-pod, the activity quit. Perhaps you already tried that, but it worked for mine.

  • @justwhite82 Hi, thanks for the info, I havent actually found any anti shake system in this camera, but a lot of them certainly do have it built in. I havent tried recreating the incident yet but will be at some point just to try to debunk it for sure

  • Who ever it was was just helping you get a better picture since it saw you were moving every thing to the middle of the table. lol

  • I hear stuff like this weekly.

I'm used to it. Me and ol' ghostie have learned to coexist.

  • I'm not at all trying to put down your evidence or disprove your theory in any way but we use a sony hard drive handycam with IR lamps to film some of our sessions, hallways etc. and it does that all the time. Especially if it's set up on a tripod. It caught our attention too but we soon debunked it to being the cameras focusing mechanism actually moving the camera on the tripod. On ours you can even here the noise of the mechanism rotating. Just my opinion but great eyes my man

  • @tnwraithchasers Thanks, thats what I'm after is theories as I havent been able to recreate the incident, thats why I put "possible" lol.

    Thanks again

    Jon

  • What frequencies are being scanned? That sounds like someone turning the frequency knob on a radio. I hear radio announcers and music in there.

  • @MyYTFaves Its sweeping the enire frequency range, so its not set on in any one frequency at any one time, it scans through rapidly

  • Spirits, demons, poltergeists, residual haunts...etc are one in the same. People don't come back after they die, and there is no such thing as reincarnation. As it stands right now the only interaction you truly are having is with fallen angels who will mislead you, so tread carefully.

  • @womo1975 why tread carefully what could happen?

  • @AnonymousEmperor Deception and malice.

  • Hi, Something was moving the camera hmm damn ghost lol and from that littl box i hear someting like a voice is that what it is? or is that just random white noise?

  • @KruelxOEMxLBC The box rapidly scans the frequency ranges without stopping giving you tiny snippets of random mixed up noise. Its thought that this noise is then manipulated to form thir own words

  • I dont think the Camera was trying to auto focus, cause it would be zooming in and out also. I believe one of the spirits who were with you was fixated on that ghost box and eager to get under way.

Next time you set up, take you'r sweet time and make sure the camera is rolling. Give it a few minutes then get started. Also try fidgeting with the ghost box move it about on the table and stuff. there is always the possibility of this happening again.

Absolutley mind blowing by the way.

  • @DemonOfTheSkies Hi, thankyou, Ive had no re occurence of this so far which makes you think even more :)

  • Interesting... the image appararently shaking, like someone recording your moviments.

But if that was a ghost or something we never know...

  • Hi there!... If I was to make a guess, I would say its the camera's auto stabilizing system kicking in. Or as Sony calls it, SteadyShot.

  • Its an intelligent haunting. It just wants to make itself known by moving objects, but not in a forceful way so that it was a poltergeist. It could have been a draught but that would not explain the circular movement of the camera. I would narrow it down just to a ghost. But, once more very good hunting Jon, or should I say, haunting?

  • @AdrianMcCVideos Thanks, Ive tried to recreate the conditions since this happened but have had nothing similar happen at all

  • I never saw anything :o

  • Yeah it sure moved after you let go of it, pretty wild and great cap!

  • i dont get it XD

  • the only thing i hear is sum hardcore music comming from that box!

  • Some camera's softwares are able to perform autofocus motion correction.

The apparent motion is just an illusion created by the camera's software...

  • Hi Highspirit75,

What don't you apply for the 1 million $ price that James Randi will give you if this is genuine ?

    You'll be rich...

  • i dont see anything

  • Wow. Footage of a guy playingwith a radio. I'm sure convinced.

  • Wow. Footage of a guy playingwith a radio. I'm sure convinced.

  • check for face tracking on the settings maybe.

but I'm sure I hear "so are we" after you say ur just checking things out! lol interesting:)

  • It isn't auto-focus, if it is, it's quite STRANGE auto-focus. Every corner of the picture moves same direction, that's not auto-focus. ;)

  • It sure looked like it was moving by itself to me. It was moving alot.

  • Interesting...Could the camera have been autofocusing and the movement be an illusion?

  • Hi, good point, with autofocus, the picture you see will stay within a fixed boundary, this moves away from it several times. I'm certainly not ruling out any camera fault though.

It hasnt happened to me since this event so its a bit odd lol

  • @Highspirit75 The camera seems to follow either your arms movement or you ghost box itself. Notheless i find your research quite interesting. Seen many of your ghostbox videos and i must say if evp and you research ever breaks through you might be considered a pioneer. Hey maybe people will even want to speak to you if this ever sience and you are dead in the future.

  • @ossie19681 Thanks Ossie, it does make you think though that many paranormal researchers have passed away down the years, do they try to make contact from the other side

  • Nice

  • It is very interesting if you were moving in anyway you could of shooken the camera off of vibrations but you weren't really moving. The spirit looked like it was more interested in what you were doing and the equipment. Was the place very old with a long history by any chance?

  • Hi, Its not the oldest of places, around the 1950's 60's. I am certainly going to look more into the history of it though

  • Where you sat on a solid floor? or floorboards? this was a fascinating vid.

  • The floor is totally solid, I was sitting at a table, the camera was on a tripod away from the table

  • @Highspirit75 Great so it was playing with the camcorder, i love stuff like this. We really have no comprehension on what is really happening around us so moments like this are priceless when caught on film.

  • Hi Jon, I agree with "del69raptorking". It seems that when your moving things on the table is when the video camera is moving and and the end when your not moving anything the camera comes to a stand still. Just my opinion

  • Hi, yeah I certainly agree with that, its odd though as the camera had no wires attached to it and was sitting on its own tripod away from the table.

  • Good video, I don't think anything out of the ordinary though but that's my opinion. Simply because the movement wasn't so extreme, could be the mechanics of the camera or natural tremors. But that is just my opinion, but good job.

  • The sound of your video came on before the image and I thought there was something in my room and I nearly crapped myself haha.

  • lol, yeah, youtube vids do that sometimes :)

  • Hi jon.

As you move the objects around on the table it seems to be tracking you, so Id do this again but with a small white card and move it around the table and see if you get the same effect.

If not the same, good luck :)

  • I'll certainly give that a go, I intend to start filming more sessions too

  • Great to see you video your sessions ..its definatly moving ive got a sony hd cam but in all the time ive had it ive not had it move like that so i think your visitors are letting you know they are there ..keep it up mate ..

  • hi jon! i have a sony video cam with an internal hard drive, and its never moved like that when on a tripod....well not yet, anyway! interesting movement..all around, not just in one direction. thanks for sharing!

  • Had to watch several times to catch the subtle motion, but finally did see it. Very interesting. No way the camera should move like that when mounted on a tripod.

    Cool video. Mark

  • Jon, is it a Sony with an internal hard disk drive? Movement has been noted in those although typically not as much as we see in this video.

    Jim

  • Yeah it has a built in hard drive, I'll certainly look into that possibility and try to replicate what was on this vid

  • Hmmm pretty cool!

  • This is what I like. :D

  • He was fixing the shot. LOL..

  • Hey JD! Thanks for sharing!

Does your Handycam have face tracking? Perhaps it perceived some part of your arm or hand as a face?

    Cool stuff my friend!

  • Hi, no face tracking on the cam....it was only this section of the video it happened on, the rest of the time it was fine

  • @Highspirit75 Oooo-hoo-hoo. That's weird. Also weird, I thought I heard my name at 1:03 - "Kirsten" (the 'ir' part pronounced like 'ear') Freaky! :)

  • Interesting!!! - Dave

  • That is very cool. Seems you had a visitor that was interested in your equipment. :)

  • Holy smokes! Thats pretty cool. Right after you say, "Testing." Do I hear a female evp say, "Stop it!" ???? Maybe she talking to whoever is messing with the cam. :) Just a thouht.

  • Hmm yes, I hear that now. It certainly would have some connection. Thanks :)

  • Great vid, Nice work on your video into.. I have Vegas 9 as well. Did you just mess around till you found that? or is there a video you can refer me to on those cool intros?

  • I cant remember what video I watched but I searched youtube for "best render youtube sony vegas 9" and there are quite a few handy tutorials on making the best from it

  • That is very odd, Jon. The only possibility I could see is if someone else was holding the camera. But you said you were alone in the house, so honestly, I just have no idea what could have caused that...

  • very cool indeed ,

  • was this in total darknes, sorry if I missed that explaination. I wish we could have watched it move. Your hand seem to be holding the ghost box while the camcorder cord was connected laying across from one to another as it should have been. How did you notice it at all? you don't remember moving the both of them back into place? can't help to be skeptical you know? after all, it is a film, was anything interesting being said on the ghost box,now to coincide with the activity wouldbe thrilling

  • Hi, yeah it was in total darkness. The leads you see on the table are just from the speakers. The camcorder had no leads plugged into it. I know what you mean about skeptical though, I always am with everything until I cant find any plausible way of debunking something. I havent found any voices in that session so far that would connect with the camera moving but I always keep listening over recordings as quite often something can be missed

  • The camera is moving in conjunction with your arm, as if a person was focusing on that part of your body, and following it as you move. Interesting.

  • VERY COOL!

  • Someone was there with you...

  • No one in the physical sense lol, theres either a natural reason I havent thought of yet or something did manouvre it.....odd indeed

  • Bet you were unnerved when you watched that back, thanks for sharing !

  • I certainly didnt expect it to say the least lol

  • What kind of camera is it? Just wondering if it's got some sort of motion detector that tries to keep the main image in the center just there, in the center? If not, then I'm lost for an explanation.

  • Hi, its a Sony Handycam, no motion detector

  • loose floorboard perhaps ? my cam moves sometimes when i do my vids i have a wooden floor[laminated] and its not fitted too well, if i shift weight on my chair occasionally the cam will move slightly, just a possible explanation, i like that you dont[like most] immediately proclaim poltergeist behaviour, i mean that would raise so many more questions, like why would a spirit bother subtly moving ur cam, perhaps they were a director in a former life heheh :)

  • Hi thanks, yeah I did look at the floorboard possibility but it is a totally solid floor, no floorboards, just solid floor. If the camera moved slowly in 1 direction, I would have said its just not secure but its the way its moving in various directions that is puzzling me. I do like to debunk before I throw the paranormal label at stuff, I just cant find a reason for this event, normal or paranormal :)

  • @Highspirit75.

You take good care of yourself. Things are happening faster than ever before.

Your footage is real, don't let anyone convince you otherwise. There's more in it than you realize.

    Take Care

    Love You,

    Louie
