  • For anyone's information, and maybe this is an irrelevant observation, but i'll risk sounding silly and point out Alan Kliman has no article about him on wikipedia, though he is mentioned in a few articles on Marxism....thanks!

  • Andrew Kliman. Not Alan Kliman.

What meaning do you impute to the lack of a wikipedia article on Kliman?

  • Sorry about that...I'm always screwing up names, my bad...I simply mean that if he is an influential enough thinker to be held in high regard by yourself and other Marxist..and has his name mentioned in several articles, it seems like he should have his own article on wikipedia, this and this only, no sly, implicit symbolic, metaphoric crap..maybe someone will see my comment and give him a wikipedia article and more people can be exposed, that was what I thought when I typed that...

  • he is mentioned in several articles in wikipedia but he has no article, ANDREW (sorry about that) Kliman...

  • A lot of contemporary marxist thinkers appear to just have stub entries on wikipedia. That's too bad. Someone should write entries on all of them....

  • I am not too familiar with all of the terminology. Is there any books I could read to begin to "really' comprehend this, and not just regurgitate knowledge that I truly haven't percieved?

  • "An Introduction to the History of Crisis Theories" by Anwar Shaihk. You can find this excellent introduction to marxist and bourgeois crisis theory on Shaihk's website homepage.newschool. edu/~AShaikh/ (remove space)

  • Extremely helpful. Thanks for uploading.

  • thanks a lot. keep up the good work!

  • Great video. Very informative for someone trying to understand capitalist crisis.

One criticism intended to be constructive and not taking away from the content in anyway: Get a microphone closer to the interviewee if at all possible. He sounds quite distant and damp. It would crisp up the sound a bit.

  • Excellent
