Have you or mike found a root for zvc, because the one on Android forums is not informative enough. You allowed me to root the optimus m. I bought the phone and it came with the zvc. Let me know something i only trust you.

hello there I like the way u explain the rooting and I tried to root my phone step by step like 15 times but I can't, I downloaded everything that you said it doesn't work, every time that I connect the phone to the computer pops up a window that says new hardware found and the computer searches a program for this new software and says insert cd or floppy with its software but there's none well at least I don't have it what can i do to root my phone? please email me your answer tedmald@yahoo.com

I downloaded the lg driver and the 1 step root link. The black window popped up and I pressed enter....it found my devise and started running the root or whatever. Then it said finding new path about five times. Then it said Access denied rebooting phone and My phone was not rooted.

@89rauliyo lots of other cool stuff like changing your boot animations,and boot sound.changing your fonts,pushing non native apps and for the most helpful thing that root allows is that it gives you the ability to flash recovery on your device.

but if your phone just took a crap and deleted root just re root it wont hurt the device.

Before i switched from T-Mobile to Metro people where telling me the carrier is bad but since i switched i have better reception inside my house even downstairs

in the basement which i never did with T-Mobile and my monthly payment is $45.00 which is $40.00 less from my old carrier i'm using samsung freeform 3 now but soon i will be upgrading to LG Esteem.Good review sir thank you

LG Esteem has a serious problem: if you switch from the 4G mode to wi-fi mode (i.e., switch on wi-fi,) the phone will lose its 4G connection. Later, if you turn off the wi-fi and try to switch back to 4G, the phone won't be able to reconnect to the network. The phone will be able to make calls, but it won't be able to connect to the Internet. You will have to reboot the phone to reconnect to 4G.

It's really annoying.

as for removing bloatware, If you are worried about being able to unroot your phone DO NOT REMOVE THE BLOATWARE. Instead just use an app to Freeze the bloatware. This way it never runs and doesnt show up any more but once you do a factory reset they are all back to normal. If you do remove the bloatware completely, at least leave the Metro App Store so that all the bloatware apps can be installed later on.
