First, "Not the only one" is a very common phrase/cliche. Nobody has a claim to that phrase. Secondly, "Mixed Emotions" was written in the Barbados with Mick and Keith writing the song together in a rehearsal space. The construction of the song is documented toward the end of "25X5".
"Not the Only One" © 1988. Did the Stones have access to this song? Never have been able to prove this. If anyone knows, I'd be deeply grateful to hear more about it. Posting this now as this is the digital age of social media and "Google" search - someone - somewhere - may know missing information and want to help set the record straight.
