Your eyes are really beaming with Spirit! How wonderful for you. I really believe as time goes on that the enzymes in the raw food mingle with spirit and make us even livelier if that makes sense lol. Just look how happy and alive your eyes are.:)

I wish wish wish I could take a yoga class with you, I was recently so disheartened by a studio and it's instuctors that I've been doing home practice, but feel as though I don't thrive as well with out a class room setting. Random question, but if you have any Chicago studio/ instuctor reccomendations I would greatly appreciate it. :hug:

Beautifully said! I love to listen krishna das's kirtan. He is awesome. Lately I am hooked to his track called Samadhi Sita from his album Live on Earth. Bro Echo is also a very lively guy . Thanks an dmuch love to you.Namaste.
