Have a look at the movie Freedom to Fascism, a documentary addressing the topic. You can view it free on google video in it's entirety. But don't just stop there. Look into it more deeply. I think you'll be quite surprised to find that the IRS has never been able to provide the law that requires you to pay a income tax. It is a fight in and of itself.
