  • In another video the instructor said not to bend the hips and to keep the back straight. So this variation of hers seems to be breaking those rules.

  • I have been working out really hard at the gym for like about 4 months. I feel stronger than before, but I do not see my muscles. How can I tone them...what is the best thing to do for toning?

  • That's because being strong doesn't corelate to muscle mass. If you want muscle mass, do 8-15 reps of medium weight for your exercises.
