My suggestion for doing on Xbox 360 is probably to obtain a Pipe Bomb for the horde that comes when the C-130 door opens. Also scatter some propane gas tanks/cylinders and gasoline canisters for the first/second wave of infected. Whether or not these items appear when you load up the finale is random. The layout of items generates randomly. You could keep trying if you wanted but the way shown in the video may also be a successful Xbox 360 technique anyway.

some people are genius when coming upon the untouchable achievement for the first try but doing it multiple times becomes a pain in the ass. when I first got the left 4 dead game on 360, I started playing right away and that's when I got my untouchable achievement on the no mercy campaign. I was lucky to get that achievement on my first try.

the only hard thing about this is that you'll most likely be hit by infected on the way back.

what you have to do...or what i did is that i instantly ran over to the airplane after last tank.

but when you are standing at the point where you go into the plane you run to your right.

and camp on the shitpile or whatever it is, untill the door is open.

this is the point when you should throw the pipe bomb.

besides that its most about luck..because bots are retarded:P

1st try : got it.

Try this :

1.Take character Francis and take assault rifle. Now entire team has ranged attackers. Is good for horde as well as tank.

2.Before calling the rescue vehicle clean out leftover horde by throwing a pipe. Then arm yourself with another pipe and call for rescue.

3.Stay abit ahead of survivors and contribute to the shooting so they use less ammo. Also lesser chances of friendly fire this way

4. Throw pipe when you see horde arriving-door opening-bots near you. Time this right.

Perform system maintenance and then all patches are gone. next use the infinite pipe bomb glitch and just hide from the tank behind the plane thats how I got it. first try too =D

This method works, just got it myself, but it may take some tries, if the bots do anything wrong or get hurt for some reason you have to start over again, but this way is the best if you don't have friends to play with, then i suggest you use the jesus room in No mercy finale. ;)

Good God, I keep trying this. The first time, I was SO CLOSE to making it, but the computer players took forever to get to the plane...and I then I got hit by a zombie from behind.

The second time I almost got it, Bill got attacked by a hunter on the way to the plane.

The third time I almost got it, Francis got stuck on the fueling truck on the way to the plane.

I've tried a million other times...so I think I'm just gonna wait for my friends to help me out instead...

LOL tried this so many times. Even if you stay unharmed till the plane is ready to take off, its a nightmare getting there with all the zombies and SI running about. Even in this video the dude came dangerously close at the end to screwing it up.

haha it just happened to me, i watched the video and did exactly everything, so close to beating it until "1"! person! "luois" decided to stay outside the escape plane and wait for the zombies to reach him while everyone was inside, he spent about 30 seconds smacking zombies then finally entering the vehicle after he recieves 2 dammage, i was pissed

At the start of the level grab the pipe bomb and when the plane is ready for its take off throw it when your close to the airplane this will lure the horde away from you as you make your final escape
