  • WoW Pretty Impressive!! I've been there before and nothing is more satisfying when you know you're about to get the weight up after the long struggle of pushing it up!

  • wow and you did 370 after doing 365 thats amazing, you have great strength and soon you be at 400, great show of strength, i would not be able to do 5 pounds more after maxing, man you are a beast, good job

  • Thanks bro...I surprised myself by getting this one. It was definitely a grinder. Although, I had a really long rest between 365 lbs and 370 lbs, so I can't take too much credit here. But thanks for the comments!

  • That's a good idea.Once u reach a peak,if u push it too much you'll get weaker.Believe me i've been there.I probably will do 1 more week on these and try 390 or 395 because I just started doing these again.

    What exercise are u moving to in the next few weeks?

  • That's a good question...I am not sure as of yet. I might just go a little lighter on the bench for a while and work on my speed out of the bottom. Who knows...
