your gonna be the first person i ever seen reach 400 while just maintaining a normal diet the cool part is your built like a normal guy but your as strong as an ox it amazing you're are a true inspiration to me to keep training hard without supplements
wow and you did 370 after doing 365 thats amazing, you have great strength and soon you be at 400, great show of strength, i would not be able to do 5 pounds more after maxing, man you are a beast, good job
Thanks bro...I surprised myself by getting this one. It was definitely a grinder. Although, I had a really long rest between 365 lbs and 370 lbs, so I can't take too much credit here. But thanks for the comments!
That just cracks me up! You plan your training with your kids video game time.That's pretty smart though.With the amount of hrs most kids put in on video,it gives u a lot of training time haha
That's a good idea.Once u reach a peak,if u push it too much you'll get weaker.Believe me i've been there.I probably will do 1 more week on these and try 390 or 395 because I just started doing these again.
What exercise are u moving to in the next few weeks?
That's a good question...I am not sure as of yet. I might just go a little lighter on the bench for a while and work on my speed out of the bottom. Who knows...
