I love these guys sound but the lyrics are kinda creepy, did he just say the age of man is over. Aren't we man.... but I don't want the darkness to come to all??? WTF am I loving

I don't think necessarily creepy in a sense. After explaining the darkness, he says, "these lessons that we have learned here, have only just begun." The way I see it, it means the age of man is over but a new age will begin, an age of peace (or an age we will finally understand one another).
