When I go out to sayyy the movies, and I go into the bathroom to wash my hands, the lights make scars look purple. Every girl whose close enough has to stop and stare at me and give me confused looks because of them, and really, I don't care anymore. I really don't care if people think I'm weak or pathetic because of it. The only opinion about me that matters is my own.

At first when I saw this video, I found it offensive, but after I read the person who published it and what they had to say, they don't want people to self harm, but they know that people are going to/already have, so they are trying to help them cover it up for now.. it doesn't mean the publisher wants them to.. but no one can stop them except themselves.

I used to cut on my arms and wore long sleeves and my family got suspicious and found out.

It was summer and they said I should wear shorts and found the cuts on my leg

I self injure all over my left wrists, higher than bracelets go..

And how do I hide it during gym class? Bracelets don't work for it because they slide too much, and Mikayla might check me, and I don't need that....... SOoo.. Anyone have suggestions? Just PM me or reply...

bracelets that are tight. you can make them by: ripping a thick strip of fabric and wrap it around (you can splatter paint it or use a sharpie), or you can get hemp/ thick string to braid (look up some creative braids), or you can take hair scrunchies and wear a whole lot of them at a time. if you can't wear bracelets, wear a LIGHT long sleeved under shirt or wrap something around it, and just tell the coach you are uncomfortable about your body (technically its not a lie)

uhm i do it on my arms and thighs, id have to say i lived in a jacket but im in australia and yeah, it got fuckin hot. i traded in my jacket for bracelets n stuff, and im a pants girl. its like my trademark hahaha...... but i tend to draw on my arm or something to draw attention away... my bf found out i was cutting awkwardly... we were getting *ahem* intimate when he saw my thigh. thankfully he understands.. im trying to stop, again :S

lol i have such bad scars on ma arm nd we have to wear short sleeves for games in school with no braclets or watever :/ so i was just like fuck it i cant be bothered hiding it lol now loadsa people (including the teacher) think its a bad tattoo -_-

also another thing is you can draw on them with permanent marker. its so awesome cuz you can hardly notice it then and it encourages you not to make new ones cuz you cant hide them :/ also its waterproof.
