This isn't Anti American as much as it is anti Christian Church being buddy buddy with any government.

There is no such thing as a Christian government because government is about man. ANYTIME a state church is formed it becomes a hollow husk about money.

Study your church history and you'll see...it makes me so sad =(

yeh.....i agree. but the standards and morality that countries were founded on should be followed. it just so happens that in this country, many of those standards are also standards of the christian belief system.

cities--i wasnt aware economy was the sole representative of a country's status. i didnt know this was middle school and the coolest country has the most money. no...sorry. it doesnt work like that. this country was founded by a group of idealists seeking a more perfect union. i believe their actions were a success....the whole world--well, the rational ones in it--- looks to the u.s. for innovation and leadership.and that my friend....is why this country is the best in the world.

I don't see why people are becoming anti-American lately.

Do I believe our nation is losing favor with God? Yes

Do I still think God loves our country and blesses it more than others? Yes

It's America's strong pro-Israel stance that God continues to bless us. I do know through Revelation however, that this will eventually change.

My stance still stands the same though:

Why would God bless us more than other nations? Lord knows we don't need it as much as Africa, or almost any other nation does. God doesn't love America any more than He loves the rest of the world.

Ok, your right about God loving our nation more than others, that was wrong, but he does bless our nation more than others, cause we still keep his values more than other countries. For example: I'm pretty sure the Israel-hating country of Iran isn't blessed at all because of the things that country does.

the point of the video, or at least what I got out of it, is that now-a-days the church is just trying to be "God bless the U.S.A." or "Give us your money" when that's not what it's supposed to be about.

Plus it's not sacrilegious to be bored in church. People get bored all the time in churches

I think Showbread is trying to say that being a blind nationalist is a bad thing. Which it is, especially in this day and age where the government has anything but our best interests in mind.
