yeah they changed the name of the spell a few patches ago. it used to be called "blessing of freedom", its now called "hand of freedom" if i remember correctly.

Figurine of the Colossus. It's a trinket that heals you for a successful block.

Extremely useful in situations like this.

They give you the debuff of 100% health regen decrease.

okay this is how to aoe grind:

ret aura > seal of light > reckoning for more heals > holy shield (make sure to judge light and have it up normally too if your taking more than a few mobs)

this really wont work unless the mob ONLY melees you. if they heal your screwed, and you screwed against casters if your prot as it is.

you get used to it and its really fun =](btw sporregar shield from the sporregar is AWESOME for this )

Great video, quick question i know its best to have judgement of light on a target with the most amount of hp, and have a seal of light, but your hp return is INSANE, do you have anything else running? (Sorry, youtube is a bit hazy so i cant make out your buffs :( )

she may have popped Figure of the Colossus at some point. its a pretty OP blue trinket that last 15 secs. and gives you upwards of 100 health on each hit blocked :P

I'd say level 30 is more the level. Holy shield is great, but burns alot of mana. 30 is good because you get blessing of sanctuary and seal of light, you can grind for hours!

You have to be prot spec. You can start that when you're lv30... BUT, if you dont want to die. wait that you're 35. Cos of 5/5 Reckoning.

Well, yeah its recomended so you can use your shield, and urm....i would normaly start AoE at like any thing 20+ when you get the AoE move, forgot its name.
