but I I get a different vibe from these two. Reshiram looks more angelic and Zekrom look more like an Akuma. That still following the Yin and yang theory but is going against your theory of Energy

Mewtwo = Genetics
mew = Origin
Lugia = Ocean or depth
Oh-Ho = sky (I don't think so)
3rd gen= The trio, Sky earth water
