  • Word to the wise: He said sunlight was the first secret... Keep in mind that UVA and UVB rays are the #1 cause of premature skin aging. No doubt sunlight is important to relieve stress, and create the essential element, Vitamin D, but this is NOT what you want to do to keep "skin" younger. 10-15 minutes of sunlight without sunscreen plus a Vitamin D supplement can do wonders. Otherwise sunscreen, sunscreen, and sunscreen!!!

  • @bkcrowl Avoid sunscreens like the plague. They are toxic. If you can't eat it you probably shouldn't be putting it on your skin either.

Better to just cover up with clothing to reduce excessive sun exposure. However regular sunlight access is vital to good health, happiness & anti-aging. Of course it depends on your skin color, time of day, season, elevation, proximity to the equator etc.

Sun can definitely age skin if overdone but most sunscreen products will damage your health.

  • @RogerHaeske I still agree sunlight is vital, but there are completely natural sunscreens. The one I'm referring to everyone should use is "Zinc Oxide". In fact it's the strongest sunscreen available AND natural (can't get much better). The butt rash creams for babies is actually just Zinc Oxide. Non-toxic.

  • He looks good for 40 but not like a teen. Where am I on youtube how did I get here haha

  • At first I was skeptical of this video, then you really started making a great presentation! I enjoy this one and your comment on Obama lol

    Great job buddy!

  • im swedish and its dark where i am 50% of the time.

I've been inside most of my life and still i have no wrinkles and great skin. i believe what is important is fresh air. I try to slep with my window open.

  • good job!

  • i bet your wif/gf is hottt haha

  • omg your 41?

  • Impressive, keep it up.

  • f#&king hott. I'd take an ass pounding for that. mmm

  • he has his own formulas to avoid aging...congratulations! everyone must take what is useful from his words to create his personal formula.

  • Hi I like your video, I hae a question about hymilayan salts. I Heard as a clense you can drink a tablespoon a day for 30 days. It's supposed to give you more energy. Is it different then normal salt, Or do you have any ideas? Yes no, Maybe? moderation?

  • Damn man, you are in great shape! Keep up the great work !

  • RAW FOOD is the secret and really if you think about it, it's so obvious. The rest of the animal kingdom has done just fine on it!

  • dddaammnnnnn youre sexy. im 17 and id tap ;)

  • Damn, you look good!! Yes, if you put ACID forming food you WILL get pain in your body..;)...You need ALKALINE food....

  • i know your secret: you keep a portrait in your attic! (this only makes sense to people who know the story of dorian gray) ahaha

anyway, you look AMAZING for your age. great video!

  • hes body looks so young.....

  • He doesnt look like a teenager. Perhaps late 20s/early 30s.

  • I go to High School w/ people that look his age. He definately doesn't look over 30.

  • Looking younger is one thing (and he looks great) but also feeling and being younger at the cellular level is more important.

  • WOW~

  • Don´t Eat, Don´t Drink, Don´t meet even dont talk to women, Do Sports, Don´t Work-> Thats it.

  • A few years back when I was 30 I worked at a ski lodge and some of the people I met thought I was as young as 19. I've watched part 2 and found it informative, but the one thing I disagree with (and even thought you might have gone against the grain) is the no Cannabis policy. Sure don't smoke it, but ingesting Cannabis leaves or the extracted essential oil of the flower is super healing and has age defying abilities.

  • @germanicelt Cannabinoids found in cannabis cause cancer cells to die off in the body if eaten not smoked. Profound benefits.

  • Totally agree with Roger! Sun can give you incredible amount of energy and vitamins but you have to avoid it from 10.00pm to 5.30pm. That's it! Many people miss that important point thats why they say...ooh no, the Sun is bad...

  • you look 31, lucky!

  • look young for 41

  • respect

  • He's in great physical and solid mental condition. I appreciate the hard work involved in these videos, so thanks!

  • Cool!

  • Donald Trump wants to see a birth certificate!

  • @OregonGaming LOL, I'll show mine when Obama shows his real birth certificate. Not the forgery he's currently trying to scam us with.

  • @RogerHaeske Great comeback, bro! We all know Obama is a walking scam!

  • Hey Roger, I got a similar compliment last year. I was sitting in a restaurant talking to a stranger about the school I used to attend, and he seriously asked me what I thought of my teachers..in PRESENT tense. I was shocked, I too actually pass for a teenager still, and I do alot of the things you talk about.

    Those are always cool moments.

  • what about brain deteroriation? that scares me the most.

  • I've seen your video number 2 on your website. Thank you very much for the advice on your video!

  • He do look younger than 41, I would say he look about 30. However at a distance I could buy someone mistaking him for a teenager. However if you look closely he do not look like a teen, but he do look very fit and healthy.

  • Why the HELL would you want to live forever and being young at the same time. I find working stressful enough and I am only 22, most people hate their jobs paying bills, ending ending bloody story. Even if you do retire young like my father you can have the fastest most expensive cars and still get sick of life, just existing is hard enough for me life is so stressful it is nuts, yet people want to live forever, far out you people are nuts who do want to, I would have a mental breakdown.

  • I've only watched your first video so far. What we put (and don't put) into our bodies is at least 80% of what we get in return. I have been making major changes to my diet and lifestyle over the past year, High healthy fats and fiberous veggies, very low starches, sugars and processed foods. Moderate protein. Eat REAL food. Ocassional fasting with water up to 2 weeks and juice up to 4 weeks. I look and feel younger than I did a year ago. Keep it up Roger. I'll be checking out your other vids.

  • he's in great shape, lean, tanned, with died hair. I can believe he is 41.

  • @MrXSpeaks If my hair were died I wouldn't have any grey hairs. Yet I do have some greys as well. But overall I enjoy the health and looks of a young man.

    Roger

  • @RogerHaeske Those few Grey Hairs are proof of Wisdom I'd say haha

  • @RogerHaeske talking about your hair, please do something about youre hair style, fringe doesn't fit you, you could look much handsomer without the curly fringe. (Like your stomach muscles ;-)

  • @MrXSpeaks

    its spelt dyed, not died

  • @MrXSpeaks died is past tense meaning dead. If you're talking about hair, dyed!

  • Roger - I also became really interested in anti-aging and natural health when I was 12-13 years old. You are definitely one of my heroes! Keep it up. :)

  • You look like James Franco.

  • Smart guy.

  • Yur video is interesting haha ur birthday is 5 days after mine...i am 36yrs old and people keep thinking im 24 thats good i guess for the last 10 years ive stayed in that range..well i cant pass as a teenager but as a woman thats pretty good

  • okey so the key to beeing healthy and happy, is eating healthy and thinking happy thoughts?

  • i love you

  • You must take Astaxanthin to avoid getting sun burned...just a theory :D You look damn great for 41 (well, you're probably close to 43 now :D) I hope to look as good as you or better by that time- it's only 5 years away for me! Must lose the weight, about 100#s; I know, it's a challenge, but I'll get there!

  • Hi Roger! Regarding your comment about salt. I agree with not consuming table salt, sodium, but what about Himalayan Sea Salt or other sources of raw organic sea salts that have a lot of minerals?

  • I'm Black and I Fo Show need some mowe sun!

  • Roger is proof this works!

  • you look a little over 20.....wooooooooooooooooooooooooow!<3

  • Thanks for posting your video story on youtube.

  • Hi Roger, Thanks for this video and for part 2 which I just watched. They are excellent and really well presented. I completely agree with every single point you make and have have pretty much the same experiences. To any doubters out there, I had a list of things wrong with me as long as my arm. These have mostly vanished, those that haven't have massively improved. I had CFS, IBS & depression. I thrive now & run 30 miles a week :-)

  • There is noooo way you're 41!! Dude you could be in your 20's....

  • he looks good....has the body of an 18 year old.

  • face = 20-30 year old (can't see clearly on youtube)

    body = teenager

    I can't believe you're 41! Keep it up.

  • Hey dude, you look fantastic. Though not like a teenager but definetly 10 years younger. :-)

Especially your full and curly hair makes a big impact.

  • IT'S BULLSHIT ABOUT SUNSHINE.

UV is the death to the skin! Don't listen to him! Yes it will look more beautiful for a while but it's death to the skin.

  • @tommixoft Actually, you're partially correct and partially wrong.

If you get TOO MUCH sunshine then it can cause a problem and make your skin look very old.

But if you avoid sunshine then you're damaging your health. And the right amount of sunshine will actually help your skin and not hurt it.

So don't avoid sunshine otherwise you're doing yourself a big disservice. Not to mention the severe levels of vitamin D deficiency most people have because of this silliness of avoiding the sun.

  • @RogerHaeske It's the vitimin D. I studied vitimin D for over 5 hours on youtube and its by far the most exciting supplement (or get a ton of sun) I've ever studied. You'll never get sick, cancer is eliminated, heart disease is eliminated, mental disease is gone without the drugs... what a find! Cheap over-the-counter vitimin D.

  • @kvtassel Dude. Are you serious? Please message me and explain this.

  • @RogerHaeske

have you done any extensive Raw Juice fasts or water fasts ?

  • @RogerHaeske Not to mention the great benefits for asthma patients of sun baths.

  • @RogerHaeske The more toxins one has in their body to get fried by the sun, the more one should avoid the sun. Personally, with this white skin I avoid the afternoon sun only.

  • @tommixoft

Sunshine is vital to good health. To someone on an unhealthy diet with out greens, fruit and the associated antioxidant and phytonutrients, yes I agree those people may well not do too well in the sun. But we need the vitamin D from sunshine, plus the UV actually acts as a blood purifier (a bit like a uv pond filter). I thrive in the sunshine. It has not aged me.

  • @tommixoft As mr. Haeske said, too much sunshine will damage your skin, because you recieve too much radiation since the Earth's natural defences against solar radiation have gotten weaker (the EM-field and the OZON layer).

But if you spend an hour in the morning and evening sun, it does miracles.

I'm on the sun as much as I can, I don't use creams and I'm blissfully healthy all the time, my skin never looked, felt or repaired itself better than the las few years I've been regulary sunbathing.

  • @tommixoft That is a lie. Some of the longest lived people on earth are the Indian sungazers. If you subscribe to this myth, you probably believe the protein myth (animal protein is good!) as well--here is the unadulterated truth. Skin cancer is caused by improper eating, as with everything else, and with the proper diet, sunlight will improve, not cause, cancer. The trick is pH balance along with proper diet & water.

  • @tommixoft I have to agree withthe Vid host about the sunshine thing, though Vampires are definitely an exception in this case

  • @tommixoft

Sunshine is necessary for basic health on so many levels, including bone, muscle health. Two hours of sunshine even lowers cholesterol much more than months of an drug or supplement. Sun was and is the ultimate disinfectant. "Better living thru chemistry" has raped that in the last few hundred years, and caused harmful "side" effects. The planet areas and people who get the most sun get significantly less skin cancer. Bottom Line; Sun too hot- go in the shade. Duhhh.

  • @tommixoft you are an idiot. the sun is good for you. It provides vitamins to help keep you happy and going strong. The chemicals you put on your body cause the harm.

do research before you make lame and ignorant comments.

    great video

  • @tommixoft Your Dead Wrong my friend! Sunshine does wonders as long as your eating great foods...

  • @tommixoft

idiot, no UV light can not be madevitamin D without vitamin D, there are various forms of cancer, he also says that overkill is bad. 90% of people have vitamin D deficiency.

unlike you, he advises. you do not provide any actual science reflection on reality.

  • @tommixoft I live in France and i have noticed that women are way more beautifull in the south up until their late 40s(where there is more sun) compared to the north where they start getting ugly at 25, and once they hit their 40s they are disgusting.

  • @tommixoft Avoid sun between 10 and 4pm. Sunshine at sunrise is very essential for healthy living.

  • I agree.Yes, you can look very young if don't eat bullshit, junk food and exercise !

    I belief he is 41.

  • to me you look 27..what ever you do is truelly working.

  • Looking great !

  • I bet doctors don't like him...but...oh, well...Like the video, Thanks!

  • The secret is

    "Spect to stay young"

I´ve read about that,,,We age because we spect to age

  • you youth is due to your family genetic background .You chemistry comes from your organs your thinking ability logic comes from genetic brain ,low body fat ,narrow bone structure .Take care of your gifts by healthy living, healthy thinking.

Some of us go not have organs that produce chemistry to stay thing strong .Little can be done except LIVE HEALTHY and do the beat with waht has been given to us .All of us will never look like thin athletic models .Diet ,mental, physical exercise, strong frame

  • @healingdragon I agree with some of your points. Certainly we'll all have a different appearance due to genetics.

But I see you're falling for a major myth that holds many people back. The idea that you can't be thin because of genetics. I've seen a number of people of which all of their family was fat but they were not due to healthy diet and exercise.

For 99.9% of people being overweight is a choice. Of course it will be more difficult for some people to stay thin than others.

  • @healingdragon And as for my looking young because of my genetics. There's no question that I look younger because of my practices related in these two videos.

Were I still eating cooked food, I can tell you I'd be in horrible shape and falling apart by now. Used to have arthritis by the time I was 27 years old and just one cooked meal years ago gave me arthritis.

But now I have zero signs of it. There's a whole heck of a lot of control you can take to look and feel great.

  • @healingdragon Actually his secret is a combination of genetics, a raw diet and his high metabolism. Scientists now believe that it's not only what we're eating that keeps us young as it is the quantity of food we consume. Lowered calories = healthy body.

  • @healingdragon wake up man, anyone on a raw food lifestyle with some basic daily exercises can look like this guy...

stop eating crap like meat, dairy, carbs and you will look like this in a few months

  • wow hot ;p

  • Hello Roger,

I just now, ( 8/18/2010 @630pm ) found my way to your videos. They are fantastic. Thank you so much for your efforts and work.

I am 53. A raw food vegan. I live in West Hills, Calif. Most people also think I am 40.

Why so many take offense to this life path is sadly interesting. The social challenges are many but I have learned to welcome them.

    Thank you again,

    David

  • Hey Rob, im 6 foot one 21 years old, extremely atheletic, how many calories should i consume a day? thanks bro, love you

  • raw all the way!:)

  • I've been doing the same before i saw this video. He talks the truth.

  • is this really true? try also facial muscle training!!!!

  • This is an excellent video and very helpful for people who are seriously wanting to get in shape and live healthy lives.

  • What is your nationality?

  • This is cool

  • @usmcgordonce

there comes a time when u have to look in the mirror and be comforable with your physical body, accept who you are, after this you will have more respect for yourself and then it wont be so hard for you to break away from your binge issues. but it all starts with accepting that you have a problem, and then accept yourself

  • "Super Being" I like this guy.

  • this guy is in his 20s

  • he's funny

  • so true!!!! You look AWESOME old man ( ; I bought your superhuman excercise ebook a few years ago...Great program!!!

  • This guy looks like he is in his 30's.

  • In Australia, going out in the sun is not a great idea

  • @n4979338

True. In Australia it would be best to limit your exposure. That does not mean that you should eliminate sun, just limit it.

  • He looks like he's on caloric restriction or at least caloric reduction

  • @n4979338

I would advise you to not focus on the amount of calories that you are getting. Instead, focus on if these calories are good for your body or bad. You may eat a Bic Mac and get 1,500 calories, but eating some fruit with 150calories is much better. Eat if you are hungry, but make sure its something good. IMO, Roger looks to me like he is eating the good foods. I doubt that he consumes as much calories as most people.

  • SOooo while i was watching this video i went and grabbed a bowl of salad ahahah Im up for the challenge!!!!!!

  • @paulineSherris

    What kind of dressing?

  • I'm skeptical. How do we know this guy is really 41. He could be 22 for all we know and claim to be 41.

  • @fathead8489

You have every right to be skeptical.

All I can say is I can show you my idea if

we meet in person. Soon I'll scan in my license

and just block out the private numbers

    so everyone can see.

My flip camcorder simply doesn't take close

up images or I would have done so long ago.

  • @RogerHaeske like that's convincing. you could alter that too....duh

  • @fathead8489

Lol. That's funny. I'm sure Roger can prove how old he is because it's really not difficult to prove age. Typically, skeptical people will always find something to be skeptical about, but I hope that you can look past all that and listen to what he is saying.

  • @fathead8489 hos face... look odd aged, not really 22 , i dont know

  • very hottt

  • omg hope to look as young as ureself when im in my 40s!lol!doing my best so far (product junkie),great advice!

  • You deserve to be very proud of yourself young man! I am 42 also & wish to look young like you. Wealth of knowledge in your videos. THANKS !!!!

  • Not always scientists with the best ideas.. I am more interested in the "guys in the garage"

  • I watched this video like a year ago and got into raw food diet. I feel great and much much much more better. Now I am also trying to do the caloric restriction. So thx for these nice ideas for a good start.

  • 41? Wow you look amazing!

  • wow man you look great!

  • its true i always said that! the doctors dont want u to know what can heal or CURE cuz they wont make money! lol this guy knows what hes talking about

  • don't listen to the irrational fatalists, they are part of this struggle, but have one good benefit.... they make sure we do not get complacent

  • you look 15.s

  • Thank you for the advises.God Bless you!

  • hmm how the H### can we Nordic people get sunshine?

  • @bladdan I dont know about Nordic people...but in Australia if you want to stay young you should stay out of the sun...I get burnt within 5 mins here and that's with 30+ sunscreen covering every inch of my body ...

  • yes, you are right, your skin type is likely best suited for england.

  • get on a plane to majjorca

  • Hi Roger, what do u think about tea? i drink 2-cups per day.I have stopped drinking coffee about 1 year ago.

  • i am 33 but i look mid 20, i guess i have good genes or something.

  • The genes are a factor.

When I was 32, I was asked for ID when going to a bar one night.

But as soon as you get over 45, it's gets harder to stay "young" looking, lol.

  • I still get carded at 42 where they don't know me, going into clubs

  • thanks roger, your comments on this video reveal the depths of your knowledge on this issue. thank you.

  • You're showing your ignorance.

  • Stop eating... stop aging.

If we cut out about 30-40% of our normal caloric intake, the aging process slows to a crawl. This method has been proven with many species from yeast to worms to fruit flies to mice to rhesus monkeys.

But the few calories you do take in must be LOW glycemic... like green veggies, nuts, lean protein, good fats (Omega 3, Olive Oil).

  • as always, organisms with higher metabolisms always live a shorter life than those with a lower meta

  • In my experience the glycemic index and glycemic load is of little importance. Especially when it comes to eating raw fruits.

Yet most fruit is low to low middle glycemic. But if you account glycemic load it would be a very high glycemic diet.

I should be aging rapidly if that's the case and so should thousands of others. The Glycemic Index can be quite misleading.

  • Actually, raw food is naturally much lower on the Glycemic index than cooked food... that includes fruit. Apples, all berries, peaches, etc. are all very low on the index. So eating a RAW diet keeps your blood sugar even... avoiding the spikes cooked veggies and fruit and give you.

  • And some long lived cultures, the Okinawans, eat high GL (rice).

Personally, I eat a high fat (mostly sat. fat) diet. I don't tolerate other high carb diets well at the moment.

  • Yeah, but their caloric intake is far below that of other cultures.

  • I agree, and they're more active.

  • But many people have noticed and i agree, that Doug Graham has aged alot in the last 10 yrs. He looks like an old man now

Dr. Brian Clement at 61 yrs old, who eats very little high glycemic Fruits , Looks much younger than Graham

  • Yeah and I look like I'm in my 20's. So what.

I know so many people who've been eating high fruit diets for years and they look very young for their age. They look amazing in fact.

There are many causes for aging. To point out one supposed cause without really knowing the details of a particular individual is misguided.

  • Roger

i agree that you do look great ! i never said you didnt , nor did i say that Everyone who eats 80 10 10 looks old or unhealthy.

However, what i am saying is, we shouldnt say at same time that EVERYONE that eats High Fruit diets looks young or healthy.

Because its simply Not True as i just used Dr. Graham as an example. Eating a Huge amount of very Hybridized seedless Fruit as a staple of ones diet doesnt resonate with my common sense nor sound Healthy

  • All fruit is hybridized and always has been. So you'd best clean up your terminology.

There's nothing wrong with hybridized fruit and quite frankly animals have created natural variations in fruit simply by which fruit they chose to eat.

Hybridization is a normal part of nature.

Some fruits have been hybridized by humans. Some no longer have seeds.

Funny thing is bananas which are seedless can actually go seedless on their own due to their triploid genetic structure.

  • i agree with you, i was brought into this area of food from my long time studies of Classic NATURAL HYGIENE,

Drs Shelton, Vetrano, Bass, Tc Fry etc. This whole idea being promoted Now that literally eating 30 Bananas a day is excellent for Long term Health is Ridiculous in my Opinion.

Dr. Brian Clement has more scientific sound reasonable advice in this Area in my Opinion. i know many Fruitarians develop massive Dental Problems due to excess Sugar

  • Again you are showing your unsound thinking on this issue.

Firstly, I don't recommend a fruitarian diet. I recommend eating a lot of fruit and a lot of greens.

Secondly to say that fruit eating causes dental problems & tooth decay is another claim that has been disproven long ago by dentists.

Only thing that causes dental problems is the film of plaque on the teeth. Either visible or invisble.

Get rid of the plaque & no cavities.

    The only

  • " only thing that Causes dental problems is Plaque on the Teeth '

So you are saying you dont think Diet has any Relation to Tooth Decay ?

  • i know and understand that Food isnt everything, and theres more to health and aging than just food

however equally true, is that its a HUGE and Extremely important part of it all and Eating incorrectly has Huge consequences if not corrected in time

  • I eat and enjoy and love Fruit !

However, No One makes the huge distinction in the TYPE of Fruit that should be eaten and which types should be Avoided.

Seedless Fruits, which are so popular and consumed in USA market, are NOT natural nor Healthy if consumed in large quantities over Long term.

When a Fruit has Lost its Seeds through Massive Hybridization and bred to be that sugary sweet, Mineral Nutrition goes down.

Nature dictates that all Fruit SHOULD contain its Seeds

  • I explained above partially why you are incorrect in this assumption.

Some fruits actually grow seedless in the wild. Certainly bananas & papayas do.

And no problems with sugar. Sugar is our primary fuel. Simply eat enough calories and then get extra minerals from your consumption of greens.

To say anything otherwise is purely theoretical. Since I've lived this way and so have many others for a number of years with great success. In my case over 8 years now.

  • Before bananas were mass hybridized for commercial production they had black seeds in them. Look at any photos of wild bananas. Papayas have black seeds in them too. I assume you never had a banana with seeds as most Americans have not. Seek one out and notice how much more filling they are over the seedless ones.

  • Actually the bananas people eat in the US have not been hybridized by humans. Bananas naturally go seedless or seeded because of their triploid genetics.

Plus I have gotten several reports from different people of "wild" bananas that were seedless.

Also papayas can grow seedless in the wild as well.

  • your 41?

  • @SoaringEagle5344 I remember the tiny black seeds!

  • Technically speaking ' seedless' Fruit is an Oxymoron.

The Botanical definition of a Fruit is a plant product that contains SEEDS. if you Read the famous Genesis scripture in the Bible with Reference to Food so often quoted

" Fruits and herbs BEARING SEED, shall be ur food

it didnt say " Ultra Hybridized seedless Fruit grown purposely for that reason so that it tastes like Candy loaded with un natural sugar by man shall be ur food , and for a reason !

  • Just curious do you consume any Cultured or Fermented foods ?

  • i am planning on getting the light speed fitness program. anyone have any experiences. would i need to buy external stuff (like dumbels, exercise ball, etc). how long do the exercises last? is this going to be a video or ebook? thx much

  • one more question..is this for advance or beginner or for all levels?

  • No doubt there are many advantages to this vegan, or raw food, diet, but what are your opinions on adding something such as organic raw fish to this diet. Seems like a perfectly healthy natural and valuable food source to me...

  • Yes the raw food diet is great.

But wont ur hair fall quicker when u dont get enough protein from meat?

  • Certainly not.

In fact, in the largest health study ever done the China Study, they found that as soon as protein levels went above 10% of calories that is when the health started deteriorating.

Mother's milk is only 6% protein. Why would we need more protein than a baby that is doubling in size in a year?

My raw diet averages me from 7 to 8% of protein which is more than enough.

Just eat enough calories of whole foods and you'll get enough protein naturally.

    Roger

  • it's sad how many people have been conditioned to believe that we need "meat" for protein calcium or even b12. And it's even sadder that so-called health professionals stand by these false claims. My dad discovered something very similar to what roger is preaching, he is sixty and his condition would blow your mind. I am 30 and have never eaten meat in my life. teenage women who still hit on me, don't believe i'm anything past 22 years old. the meat story is a complete lie.

  • What is your height and weight, Roger? If you don't mind me asking.

  • 6'3" and about 165 in that video.

  • I have been following Roger Haeske for 5 years now off and on. He has a lot of great things to say, and he is the real deal. The Raw food diet is an awesome way to live your life, I can only eat 80-75% raw but the benefits of LIVING FOODS from the EARTH is Tremendous.

Keep it up Roger you are an inspiration.

  • Thanks for the support SwitchBladeMalone.

In these dangerous times it's so very important that as many people as possible discover the miracle of the Optimal Raw Food Diet.

These days it's easier than ever to go raw because now we can make the raw food taste great in less than 10 minutes with the Savory Veggie Stews program.

Hope you find a way to go 100% raw because that is when the most powerful results kick in.

    Cheers,

    Roger Haeske

  • so, if i eat crap im gonna get wrinkles?

  • this is great stuff...

  • Be careful with the sun, sun spots, and wrinkles from it take years to develop. Could start to appear in your 60s.. you don't know the affect that the sun has had on you completely just yet.

  • That's the common myth that the Sun is bad for your skin and that you have to stay out of it or risk getting skin cancer.

What a bunch of hogwash. There are cultures where people spend their whole lives out in the sun and skin cancer for instance is virtually non-existent.

The problem isn't the sun, it's what you eat. Sure we need to be careful if we're light skinned. But get plenty of sun if you want to live long, be healthy and feel great.

  • Oh no no, I wasn't suggesting skin cancer, I was just talking about wrinkles and spots. But... on the subject of skin cancer, burning the skin, which is what you do when you tan, may serve as a trigger to those who may have a genetic predisposition to getting skin cancer. It's possible.

  • Don Tolman has a series of 8 videos on here explaining exactly what you are talking about. Watch them and let me know what you think ?
