@KutWrite - The EXUP is removed with the stock exhaust. I also took the cables out. You can leave the servo in with no ill effect or buy the EXUP eliminator from Graves. No issues with the performance of the bike at all. We have a ton of info on the fz1-forum(dot)com site. This is a clean forum with no harassing allowed so feel free to post n00b questions.
Would you be able to make a vid with you on the bike accelerating in second? while someone video tapes from road? Next week I am getting a slip-on and am curious as to how it will sound from the road
Brother how did you get around the EXUP on this... Did two brothers send an eliminator with the pipe, or do you have a constant fuel injection light??
@Jerman81 It is the Air Induction System. When you put on an after market can, it tend to pop and sometimes backfire on decel. By blocking this tube, you stop those from happening. Google "FZ1 AIS Blockoff" and you'll see a bunch of threads. :D
I bought this same bike yesterday...thanks for posting the vid. I am about to order the Two Bros. slip on, and you made the purchase easier...bike sounds great. I am thinking about adding the Two Bros. Juice Box...did you not remap or chance the pc?
Hey. No carbs since this model is EFI and I'm not running a power commander. I did block off the AIS tube at the airbox though to stop the popping on decel. Any questions, feel free to ask or visit us at the fz1-forum (dot) com.

What happens to the Exup? It seems to be right where the stock can joins the pipe.
Yours seems to replace that length of pipe.
