    WIN!

  • I don't think this ad is too British. I know there are some Americans who wouldn't know MP or A Queue, but I think most would. The word 'queue' is used in this country occasionally. MP usually means Military Police in the US, but most Americans do know what a Member Of Parliament is.

  • computers often make people angry quiet.

  • "Nearly Works" lol

  • HP killed Compaq.

  • No doubt!

  • yea they're laptops are total shit they overheat and they crash

  • I prefer mine lol

  • Are you sure CO means Commanding Officer? I thought it was Commissioned Officer.

  • Commanding Officer.

  • Depends on which service you're talking about, it can be either. Some countries disambiguate these terms by using 'Officer Commanding' instead.

  • CO stands for commissioned officer. Commanding officer, well.. I've been in service for over 3 years amd I've never heard that one before. I think we use COIC which means Commissioned Officer In Charge.

  • I don't know about the UK, but in the US they say Commanding Officer all the time.

  • lol I love John Cleese.

PS: I have a compaq presario... And I have to say, Computers Often Make People Quite Angry XD.

  • cleeses actually works cause my keyboard is messed up so the "A" key says "Q" on it and the "Q" key says "A" on it. they r just labeled wrong

  • Have "Z" and "W" swapped their places, incidentally?

  • xD Cleese's helps me more xD

  • how did compaq ever go bust with commercials like this. hewlett packard had to buy them

  • It was more Compaq buying HP at the time, and there was a massive proxy battle over it. Compaq only started losing market share after Fiorina bungled the merger.

  • CO = Commanding Officer. MP = Member of Parliament. A Queue = A Line of people

  • thanks for explaining :-)

MP (Member of Parliament, a politician)

A Queue (I don't really need to explain that one.)

  • thanx that was very helpful!!!!!

  • Can someone please explain to me what "MP" is supposed to means? I'm not familiar with it.

  • MP = Minister of Parliament, a British political office

  • Oh, well that explains it all, then. As an American, I can't say I know the British government well.

  • You're lucky! Mike S.

  • MP= MEMBER of Parliament accutally.

  • Thank the Lord for British help.

    This was really irritating me.

  • As a Compaq PC user, here's mine.

Computers Often Make People Ask Questions.

    Mike S.
