hey can you help me out i have them on 4 cds but when i try to open up the disk it give me this message the version of this file is not compatible w/the version of windows your running. check you computers system info. to see whether you need an x86(32 bit) or x64 (64 bit) version of the program, then contact the software publisher.........and yea i have no idea how to get around this im running windows 7 . any help will be much apprehended

You know, I was thinking these days about the same thing - I'd really love another Police Quest. And now, in 2010 - it could be a really nice game. But... apparently without Ken Williams it's not gonna happen.
These days, many many games are being made in a program called AGS, or, Adventure Game Studio. It's great, and I myself have been planning a PoliceQuest styled game and remake of PQ2 as well in this game studio. Very powerful, very flexible game system. So if you're a fan of old adventure games, might want to give it a look and play some games.
I wish they'd make new games like «Police Quest IV: Open Season» and «Blue Force» (although this one wasn't made by Sierra, still by Sierra people and damn good). But if they do so, with the same quality and atmosphere.
Sure thing... Unfortunately, I don't think the game industry has invested in NEW GAMES recently, let's say 3-4 years.. Hope things will get better soon.
