I've noticed this too, and I love Conan, but sometimes he needs to ease up. He can be very domineering even if it's not completely on purpose, and he sometimes makes the interview more about himself than the actual person he's interviewing. More than not it leads to a brilliant/playful interview, but I've seen a few awkward ones where you can tell the person he's interviewing is a little annoyed.

I completely agree. That was their first interview together, but they began to have some great chemistry on future interviews. Both guys genuinely enjoy each other it seems. I don't think Mr. T has been on Conan's new TBS show. I wonder why :(
