I don't think all Christians are inherently hateful. Most of them just like the ideas that god (Christian or otherwise) provides. The whole crutch metaphor. Any god will do, but since they were conditioned in a Christo-centric society, they follow Jesus and the Biblical god.

That may be true for some, and maybe those who do that really have not come to true faith because to have true faith you have to know what you believe in the first place. Many converts also prove that wrong, many have examined all religions and have came to Christianity. If one believes in it, they are on solid ground, it has stood the test of time and argument and the doctrine is logically sound.

The WBC are really just utterly crazy and no one can refute that, they are like reconstructionist Christians who do not even embody the full and complete message of Judeo-Christian belief. I mean Yokeup is probably not that bad of a guy.

I like your videos, entertaining and smart, but equating Yokeup with Westboro really isn't fair. Yokeup was just having a heated reaction towards Crosisborg for saying vulgar things towards his wife. I don't think yokeup hates you guys, it may seem like that but talk to the guy and I'm sure he doesn't hate you or even dislike most atheists as people. Look a little closer, the WBC are a cult and embody everything about a cult in itself, yokeup and his wife probably do not hate anyone like that.

I've had grits a couple times. It's like gritty, mashed up corn; I guess that's why it's called grits. Pretty good with some butter and brown sugar. I've never had these "hate grits" though. I've gotta try that.

When these books were written they here meant to be taken very literal indeed and they were for hundreds of years(medieval christinanity.)
However when humanism rushed over Europe in the 18th century, after the wars of religion,
they started to back away from the verses in public and suger coat their religion.
Alot of people really believe in the sugar coating.
But the hate filled group is still quite large(although Islam's is larger.)

On the other hand, the next worst fate for Yokeup would be for his fits of stupidity to JUST BE IGNORED!
Indifference and silence toward Yokeup would be a fate worse than eternal damnation and hell for him.
