it is almost everywhere... there is a big one in delhi...just google search for kushti akhara (Kushti=wrestling akhara=mud pit). but the one in Delhi is much hyped as it is in capital. I grew up in Varanasi. we have loads of traditional ones.. you will get to eat all kind of good vegeterian proteins, almond, milk, youghurt lassi... no drinks, no smoke, no girls, some guru bans movies as well.

It says International Akhara. I searched on google cant find information. But I am sure if you go to Varanasi you can find others or if you ask some wrestlers.. they will be able to tell ... they know their rival Akharas..

these are way better than barbell squats becuz hindu squats gives you that explosiveness and flexibility that you need to for sports, martial arts,. you can squat 400 lbs. but they only make your legs slower and less agility.
