Its weird. I watched this video and the next that popped up was " San Antonio police force blood tests on drivers". My question is why the big deal on cross training with the police and military? I have been in the Army for 14 years and have cross trained with the police many times. I Have even trained and worked with customs agents. The mission in Iraq and Afghanistan is to take out all insurgents. Lots of times they are in buildings and are often in higher leadership positions in the city.

i must say from watching this clip that the people of san antonio in 1998 were very lucky to have such a sensible. logical, and honest man as their chief of police. unfortunately the same can not be said about the entire country which has to suffer with a corrupt, criminal, and fascist federal government.
