she is tooo cute and soo beautiful! ... i love her hair how it is always in pig tails! soo adorable! keep up the good work in ur chair maggi! awesome ! good job princess!
Btw, I love your accent, it's so cute...lol I am from Syracuse NY, so I love hearing people from Georgia talk its sooo cute. Just hearing your voice makes me think of apple pie, and county fairs, and chilli making contests... It just makes me happy :o)
LOL, I'm glad to be there to remind you about it.. thats too funny. lol sorry Please tell your wife for me that I think her voice is adorable, and what it makes me think of. lol
If you don't mind me asking, what is her disability? oh and how is her progress comming along, Id love to see some updated photos or videos if you have some. she is just the sweetest little girl ever!
I've tried to post this a couple of times... lets try again...
SHe has Trisomy 9 Mosaic Syndrome - a rare genetic disorder that triples the #9 chromosome in some of her cells... it causes different disabilities for different children... for Maggi, she can't walk, talk or crawl... and that's only a portion... but she makes do! =)
Even without being able to do all those things, she looks soo happy, and she is probably the sweetest child you could ever meet. God gives his special children to those who are worthy of taking care of his most precious children. You are truley blessed. and She is simply adorable :o)
I worked with children like Maggi for years. It seems like such a small thing for her to roll her chair a few feet. It is a huge victory for her. People ask why do you work with them for so little money,,,,,,I point to the smile on the face of a student who has just completed a simple task and say that sile is my paycheck. GO MAGGI GO
Thank you so much for your comment! We totally agree... what most people see as a small thing, we see as a major milestone in Maggi's life! =) We're so proud of her!
