What people need to relize is that re-developing downtowns and creating more dense urban cores will help keep suburbs out of the county. thats a trend that needs to stop. We can successfully double our population within all of U.S current city limits by creating Mini-metro cores and beautifull downtowns. If you are interested in helping me out, drop me a line.

the bad thing about this is they didnt bring in local workers to do it. they want to bring in more jobs but they r hiring out of state businesses. and the new hotel deal, hell they r going to blow one up that is suitable onov. 6th. i can do a better job at local government than these assholes ever did. and i dont know shit about runnning a town.

Not necessarily true, I know my uncle contracted a lot of the downtown construction near the River Park Center.
