@hjdutch Actually, its much bigger than "smoking weed" because people are being put in jail for something that morally, and constitutionally shouldn't even be a crime. We incarcerate about 1 million people -annually- for drugs, and 225,000 of those are marijuana charges. The average annual cost of incarceration is $22,650 per inmate. That means that by legalizing marijuana alone we could save over 5 billion dollars in prison costs alone. I think that's a pretty big deal.

Very disappointing answer but i appreciate you addressing it, i asked a similar question. The jist of what i got is that you support Israel's acts of aggression, illegal actions under International Law and denial of basic human rights to Palestinians because you're biased because of what Israel "represents". I propose that you visit the worst parts of the West Bank and then see how you feel about Israel. You said yourself in the video that you shouldn't "let ANYONE slide", so why do you?

The majority of this is condescending and simplified garbage. The marijuana answer wasn't even an answer, it was just patronizing bullshit. And did he really compare Israel, the country with NUKES to David? Forgive me if I believe a warhead is a little bit more powerful than a slingshot. Also, I love, "And it's also one that at the end of the day that respects people, respects women in society, something that doesn't go on in that region." Unless they're, you know, Muslim.

@hjdutch Actually, its much bigger than "smoking weed" because people are being put in jail for something that morally, and constitutionally shouldn't even be a crime. We incarcerate about 1 million people -annually- for drugs, and 225,000 of those are marijuana charges. The average annual cost of incarceration is $22,650 per inmate. That means that by legalizing marijuana alone we could save over 5 billion dollars in prison costs alone. I think that's a pretty big deal.
