Lmfao. I didn't see this coming. I thought they would continue more about how eating whole foods are good. I only watched the first few minutes and in that they only mentioned dried fruit and nuts though, which are technically whole foods, but they are still calorie dense. Not to say they are as bad as going to McDonalds. It's kind of funny though.
American goverment needs to start taking care of the children of the country instead of taking advantage! why don't they make it law to teach children in school how to grow their own fruit and vegetables. Where are the parents of these children?
